This Yoga Weekend is a short-format version of our Yoga Vacation — designed for people who can’t take a long break but still want a real reset. Over 3 days, you step out of noise and into a clean, simple rhythm: movement, breath, nourishing food, and space to slow down. It’s not an ashram schedule and it’s not a luxury resort retreat either — it’s a grounded, traveler-friendly experience where wellness feels real, human, and doable.

Your days include daily yoga and meditation, gentle morning walks to start the day fresh, and Ayurvedic-style vegetarian meals that are light, sattvic, and supportive for digestion and energy. Evenings are calmer and more inward — with grounding yoga practices, a slower pace, and the option to attend the Ganga Aarti for a deeply local and spiritual Rishikesh moment.

A unique part of the weekend is Karma Yoga (Seva) — a simple contribution-based practice that brings humility, community, and meaning into the retreat experience. It’s not forced or intense; it’s just a mindful way of participating in the space you’re staying in.

This weekend is ideal for burnt-out professionals, travelers, creatives, and anyone craving clarity — people who want to feel lighter in the body and quieter in the mind, without pressure to “perform.” You’ll leave with better energy, a steadier routine, and tools you can actually take back into daily life.

🌄 Morning Walk (7.30AM)
• Begin your day with warm herbal tea or neem-turmeric water.
• Enjoy an eye-cleansing ritual to refresh both inner and outer vision.
• Set your intention for the day together in quiet reflection.



🧘 Morning Yoga Practice (9:30AM)
• Practice Hatha or Vinyasa yoga on the rooftop as the sun rises over the Ganga.
• Flow through mindful postures with breath awareness.
• Pranayama and meditation to clear and center the mind.
• Feel both awake and grounded before breakfast.



🍵 Ayurvedic Brunch (11:00 AM)
• Enjoy Ayurvedic Brunch and steaming herbal tea.
• Meals are timed for the Ayurvedic Pitta phase for optimal digestion.
• Nourishment for both body and clarity of mind.



🌤️ Midday Space (11:30 – 13:00)
• Free time for rest or exploration.
• Read on the rooftop, walk by the Ganga, visit a temple, or join a short trek.
• Unstructured time for self-discovery and stillness.

• Time to rest or join optional sessions:

How to Reach Bunk Stay, Rishikesh

Bunk Stay is located in Tapovan, Rishikesh (Pincode 248008), just a short walk from Lakshman Jhula. The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun (approx. 22 km) — a 45-minute drive; taxis are easily available. The nearest railway station is Rishikesh Railway Station (5 km), or Haridwar Junction (25 km) with frequent trains from Delhi and other cities. Regular Volvo and local buses also connect Rishikesh from Delhi, Haridwar, and Dehradun. From Tapovan main road, follow the signboards or take a short uphill walk to Bunk Stay, overlooking the Ganga and the Himalayas.
