Details of this retreat
Some breakthroughs don't need a week. They need three focused hours with the right guide and the right teacher.
This private session pairs you with Dr. Erika Lehmann and her horses for an intensive equine Gestalt coaching experience. In three uninterrupted hours, you'll discover what's been holding you back—and find your way through it.
Horses are masters of presence. They respond to your energy, your tension, your truth in real time. They don't judge. They don't have an agenda. They simply reflect what's actually happening beneath the surface. This honest feedback creates space for insights that can take months to access in traditional settings.
This is groundwork, not riding. No horse experience required. The horses meet you exactly where you are.
You'll leave with clarity, a calmer nervous system, and often a perspective shift that changes everything.
This session is ideal for people at a crossroads seeking clarity, those processing a major life transition, anyone feeling stuck in old patterns, professionals approaching burnout, or individuals curious about equine-assisted work before committing to a full retreat.
Sessions take place on a private 65-acre mountain property in the Colorado high country. The land itself is part of the medicine—quiet, spacious, and far from the noise of daily life.
Private session for 1 person. Sessions for 2 people (couples or friends) available upon request.
