About this Retreat
Sita is a co-founder of the Bodhi Bhavan retreat center.
After years of deep self-inquiry, yoga practice, and training, she felt a natural calling to create , together with her husband , a peaceful space for groups to retreat and reconnect. While she has taught countless yoga classes, Sita discovered a deeper passion for one-on-one work, offering sessions in Emotion Code, Thai yoga massage, foot reflexology, and relaxation massage. Her true inspiration is to help people gently uncover and release old patterns, opening them to a greater sense of awareness and inner freedom.
Unconscious emotions sitting in the system will be looked at in one on one sessions in the form of emotion code . There we can individually look at what exactly is playing and influencing your life / eating patterns and other patterns in a negative way .
Like this we free you to your true voice of intuition
Steff has been part of Bodhi Bhavan since 2018. She wants to inspire how to prepare food in an intuitive and creative way by using spices and mindfully chosen ingredients. Her approach as a cook is to help you deepen your relationship with the foods you eat everyday and how to include it into your daily life. Her love for plant based food was born while she spend a month learning about herbs and ayurveda on a herb farm in the Algarve.
Taste meets Instincts is her latest project, where she combines all her kitchen magic with 1:1 coaching. Her Mentoring inspires you to dive into intuitive and mindful eating, cooking with your instincts and your emotional connection with food. She creates a unique experience and retreats are her way to spread the love with her presence in the kitchen and as mentor with you in person.
Valentina is not only part of the kitchen but also our big support for self-care, relaxation and wellness.
After several years of intensive yoga practice and her training as a relaxation therapist she finally found her passion for Ayurveda Wellness, Massage and how the physical body works and can become more balanced.
While she traveled in India, her curiosity about Ayurveda sparked. She completed her training in Ayurveda Beauty, Wellness & Cosmetics in 2024.
She is particularly passionate about the topics of self-care and preventive health, and vegan and vegetarian food.
She will support you on your journey with self-care tips in one of our workshops, Progressive Muscle Relaxation and her warm presence.
