Hariharalaya
16-Day Life Reset: Yoga, Meditation & Deep Transformation — Angkor Wat, Cambodia

Are you feeling disconnected?
In a time of transition?
Approaching burnout?
Or ready to do something about it — properly, this time?

Our 16 Day Life-Reset is our deepest program. More than a retreat — it's a genuine turning point. Two full retreat cycles, with a real integration period in between. Time to land. Time to practice. Time to let it settle into your bones.

Described as a 'life-changing adventure for the soul', our tried and tested method of presence and aliveness is suitable for all ages and all levels of experience.

Hariharalaya Retreat Village has hosted over 16,000 people these past 15 years. With 2,000+ five-star reviews online — we're confident you'll find what you came looking for.

What makes us different:
Your phone goes in the safe twice - six days offline, four days to breathe and integrate, then six more days offline. In that space, our tried and tested process of Mindfulness, Yoga, Meditation, Creativity, Nature and Community has the time to actually take root. Each day builds on the last. You'll experience the power of Angkor Wat at sunrise — twice. You'll make friendships that last. And you'll leave feeling fully alive, clear in your direction, and genuinely reset.

WHAT MAKES THIS RETREAT SPECIAL
Our 16 Day Life-Reset is ideal for all ages, body types and levels of experience - whether you are brand new to Yoga & Meditation or have been practicing for years.

Complete Digital Detox - Truly switching off makes transformation possible. Twelve days offline is a different experience entirely.
The Hariharalaya Method — A 16 day process & journey that builds across two full retreat cycles — refined over 15 years with 16,000 guests. The second cycle lands completely differently once your body has had time to integrate.
Two Angkor Wat Sunrise Journeys - You'll experience Angkor Wat at sunrise twice. Each time it hits differently. The second time, most people don't have words for it.
Built-In Integration Days - Four integration days between the two retreat cycles - held, unhurried, yours. Time to visit the temples, rest by the pool, practice in the shala, or simply be. Structure loosens but the container holds.
Float Journey Integration - Between retreats, go deeper in. A 60-minute float while your nervous system is still open and ready to receive
Solo Traveler Sanctuary - Perfect for solo travellers and couples. You'll arrive to a ready-made, like-minded community - and leave as family.
World-Class Food — Our guests rave about it. Locally sourced, Vegan & Gluten Free.

THE RETREAT EXPERIENCE
Hariharalaya isn't just a retreat — it's a sanctuary where transformation happens. Find out where joy, clarity and peace live, and experience your own power.

Our 16 day process, pioneered and perfected by founder Lokta Joēl, guides you on a journey of human discovery across three distinct phases.

For twelve of these sixteen days, you'll live without your phone, without distractions, without the constant pull of modern life. The four days in between aren't a break from the process — they're part of it. In that space, something shifts — and this time, it has long enough to actually stick. Your nervous system settles. Your pace slows, your breath deepens and you remember what presence feels like.

Daily movement and stillness tune you back into balance. Yoga, meditation & breathwork — practices that release what you're holding onto and integrate what wants to emerge.

In our inspiring workshops, creative expression starts to flow naturally — helping you feel alive again.

Nature restores your natural rhythm. Imagine journalling by the lotus ponds, walking barefoot on our beach or laying in a hammock listening to the birds serenading you.

A day of silence gives you time to reflect and find a clearer direction in your life.

There's opportunity to have 1:1 life-changing sessions with our healers, and you'll nourish your body with healthy & delicious cuisine.

The four days between cycles aren't a break from the process — they're part of it. The structure loosens but the container holds. Visit the ancient temples, rest by the pool, sleep deeply. And at the heart of these days, you'll have the chance to experience a float journey in our sensory deprivation tank- ninety minutes of complete darkness and silence, your body weightless in salt water. After six days of practice, the nervous system is already open. In the tank, it goes somewhere most people have never been. Many guests say it's the deepest stillness they've ever felt.

But it's the community that surprises people the most. Real human connection without screens between you. Shared meals where you actually talk. Circles where you're truly seen. Silence experienced together. This is what we're starving for — and what our 16,000 guests have discovered. Come alone, leave as a family.

You'll meditate whilst the sun rises over Angkor Wat, transformed by days of practice. Not as a tourist with a camera — fully present to the moment. Most guests say the second sunrise is something they can't explain.

Each day builds on the last, and across sixteen days something real happens. You'll leave with practices you can use for life, friendships that last, and a clarity about yourself that's hard to come by any other way.

But most of all, you'll leave having found what you came looking for: yourself.

2,000+ five-star reviews — here's what our guests say:
"I feel truly reset", "Life-Changing", "The most powerful thing I have ever done for myself", "I found myself here", "I didn't know I needed this until I was here", "It felt like home", "The second week cracked me open in a way I didn't expect"

HOW THE 16 DAYS WORK
The program moves through three phases. Each one builds on the last.

Phase 1 — Land & Learn (Days 1–6)
You arrive, slow down, and begin. Six days of our signature Life-Reset retreat. Daily practice, nourishing food, real community, and the tools to start tuning your nervous system. Most people leave Phase 1 feeling better than they have in years.

Phase 2 — Rest & Integrate (Days 7–10)
You stay on campus but the structure loosens. The four integration days are yours - daily practice, temples, rest, stillness. And something else: a float journey in our sensory deprivation tank. Ninety minutes weightless in salt water, in complete darkness and silence. After six days of practice your nervous system is primed for it. Most guests say nothing quite prepares you for how deep it goes.

Phase 3 — Go Deeper (Days 11–16)
A second full retreat cycle. With four days of integration behind you, everything lands differently. The teachings feel more spacious. Your body is more open. This is where genuine transformation happens — not as an insight, but as something you can feel.

FULL PROGRAM NOTE
We recommend arriving in Siem Reap at least the day before your retreat starts. We offer a free pickup from your hotel on Day 1 starting from 09:30. When you arrive you'll be checked into your room, meet the rest of your group and be taken on a tour of our retreat village at 11:00.

The 16-Day program runs across two full retreat cycles with four integration days between. Each cycle has a different daily itinerary and intention — we highly recommend attending all classes and workshops. Integration days (Days 7–10) are unscheduled and yours to use freely on campus.

The journey ends on Day 16 at 11:00, with checkout by 12:00.

SUGGESTED FAQS

Days 7–10 are yours. The daily schedule pauses but the campus, facilities, and team are all available. Guests use this time to visit the temples, rest, journal, swim, or simply be. Profound, Transformative, and Nourishing – A Retreat Like No Other
After completing the 6-Day Holistic Yoga and Meditation Retreat, and I can honestly say: this experience was nothing like anything I’ve done before — in the best possible way. It was profound.

From the moment I arrived, I felt held — by the space, the people, the energy. The venue itself was a sanctuary: calm, beautiful, and purposefully designed to support deep inner work and rest.

The yoga and meditation sessions were so much more than just physical practice — they were healing journeys that gently peeled back layers and helped me reconnect with parts of myself I hadn’t touched in a long time.

The facilitators were incredibly present, wise, and warm. Their guidance created a safe, non-judgmental space that allowed for deep emotional release and genuine transformation. You could feel the intention behind every session, every word, every silence.

The food? Absolutely delicious — nourishing in every sense of the word. Each meal was prepared with such care, and you could taste the love in every bite.

And then there were the people. Strangers on Day 1, soul family by the end. The connection, the support, the shared vulnerability — I will carry it with me for a long time.

This retreat was more than a break — it was a reset. A return. A profound, embodied reminder of what it means to be human, whole, and awake.

If you're considering it — do it. It's a gift to your body, your heart, your soul.
