About this Retreat

Connecting to source and channelling healing frequencies is part of who I am.
I’ve stared doing Reiki and Astral Projections at very young age, still as a child, and I was lucky enough to have amazing parents that became aware of my innate gifts, and guided me towards learning how to manipulate them.
I’ve taken my first Reiki level 24 years ago, and have been practising energy work ever since. Over the years, I’ve taken several certifications connected to self-care and self-awareness to empower me in my journey, and all those who seek my guidance and support. In 2019 I felt the calling to dive deeper in the Body’s magical mechanics and the healing power of touch, and completed my certification for Massage Therapist. Most recently I’ve dived into Somatic Practices, that I am now also implementing in my sessions. Over the years, I’ve intuitively fused all the knowledge and experience into the unique sessions I now offer you.

Alternatively, you can rent a car at the airport and drive: follow A8 highway toward Mafra/Ericeira, then exit toward Ericeira center and follow local signs to Rua do Moinho Velho.
Public transport is available via bus from Lisbon (Rodoviária de Lisboa) to Ericeira, but note that the retreat location is a short taxi ride from the main bus stop.
