Details of this retreat

The Women's Reset Retreat is five days at a private lake house in Michigan, made for women ready to slow down and come back to themselves.

You'll spend your days in breathwork, gentle plant medicine, connection, and rest. No one to take care of but you.

We'll use breath, ceremony, and simple ritual to help you release what you've been carrying and reconnect with your own clarity. Plant medicine offerings include cacao, hapé, sananga, and rose, with optional mushroom microdosing for those called to it.

This retreat is co-hosted by Laura Kazimer and Monique Cooper. Laura is a psychospiritual practitioner and breathwork facilitator based in South Florida. Monique brings her own gifts to hold space alongside her.
