Chandree is a Sicilian Chef, Reiki Master & EFT Practitioner Chandree brings the magic of Sicily into every element of the retreat, from nourishing local-to-table meals to powerful EFT tapping sessions and energy healing. Rooted in her Sicilian heritage, she holds space with grounded presence and soulful care.
Claire's breathwork and meditation practice helps women come home to themselves- those who sense something's been missing, who want to live more intentionally, and who are ready to release the patterns, inherited pain, and limiting beliefs that have kept them playing small.
Through one-on-one coaching, group programs, and transformational retreats, Claire creates a deeply safe space for inner healing. Her empathic, purposeful guidance offers the encouragement and care you need to move forward- not by fixing what's broken, but by remembering what was always there.

Alongside Claire, you'll be held by Chandree. Chandree brings a rare blend of grounded wisdom and gentle fire. With roots in Chinese medicine and formative years spent in India, she holds space with the kind of presence that lets you be exactly where you are, while quietly inviting you deeper.
She's a master of EFT tapping, helping release what's been stored in the body for years. Her approach is intuitive, warm, and unafraid to challenge when growth calls for it. When she's not guiding transformational work, you'll find her surrounded by her dogs and cats at home in Mexico, returning to Sicily each summer to co-hold retreats like this one.
