About this Retreat
Sarah Trapkus is a Spiritual Guide, Energy Healer and Coach for high-achieving women who are done building their success from over-functioning survival strategies. She helps them clarify their vision, genius, and authentic essence so they can move forward with passion and purpose and stop being haunted by the pressure.
Sarah was diagnosed with C-PTSD while pregnant with her third child, and finally understood the survival strategies running her own life. For the last 25+ years, she's been strategically dismantling them one emotion, behavior, and belief at a time. What's emerged is real wealth: not just in business and relationships, but in time, energy, and presence.
Sarah created The Emotional Alchemy Certification Program®, training coaches in her proven methodology of shifting emotional energy and aligning to your truest path. Her goal: unshakable trust in yourself and in life, so true freedom and full creative expression become possible.
She lives with her partner and three children on the Baduwa't, on Northern California's wild coast. You can work with her 1:1, or join her at an in-person retreat.
Francisca Crutchfield is the founder of Mystic Gardens Healing LLC and a multidisciplinary educator, event creatrix, digital designer, and marketing consultant. She brings over a decade of expertise in education, community building, and transformational wellness experiences. Her work is designed to help women and visionaries deepen their relationship with self-healing, cultivate holistic alignment, and expand into greater personal success. Through her retreats, mentorship, quantum alignment teachings, and creative events, Francisca has helped hundreds of women collapse their timeline through retreats & educational programming. She curates experiences that are accessible for diverse perspectives and demystify the world of healing arts.

Originally from Brazil, a Yogini, doula, entrepreneur, circle facilitator, empowerment educator, and intuitive vegetarian chef. Certified in Traditional Hatha Yoga and Pre & Post Natal yoga she specializes in women's vitality and well-being as a Yoga therapist and full-spectrum doula with an emphasis on the BIPOC communities.
Expert in helping women and mothers deal with food, body, anxiety, & depression challenges. Through somatic practices, she guides women to master emotional and energetic states, enabling them to resource themselves effectively. Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Embodiment Coach, MA Expressive Art Therapy.

Bungalow - Full Bed
- Our stand-alone eco-cabins are perfect for artists, musicians, writers, and creatives to have their own space tucked away to think and make. The Bungalows feature cedar siding, bamboo floors, and birch furniture, and include a loft bed with down pillows, desk, table, standing closet, and a covered porch. These cozy cabins are nestled in a wooded section at the lower portion of the property.The Hot Tub, Sauna and Seasonal Saline Pool are a few minutes walk up hill, just behind the Main Lodge.Bathhouse & KitchenThe Bungalow Bathhouse is just steps away with an outdoor shower and double vanity sink. A two-minute walk down the path leads to an indoor Manzanita Bathhouse with two sides, each featuring a toilet and 2 showers. A coin-operated laundry room is attached to the Bathhouse. Across from the indoor Bathhouse is a Community Kitchen with an oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, cutlery, and a full-size fridge with freezer. Madrone - Deluxe Queen Ensuite
1-2 guests. In room bathroom. Ceiling fan. Ideal for older guests and families that want a bit more comfort.Just a short walk down a path is where you can store, prepare and cook your food at the Bodhi Community Kitchen. It has two ovens with stoves, a toaster, fridge with freezer, dishes, utensils and coffee makers. Complimentary teas are available.The seasonal Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna, are just a 5 minute walk down.
Madrone - Queen Bed
1-2 guests. Located in a wooded section of the property. All Madrone rooms have ceiling fans for added comfort.Beautiful tile work adorns the three separate shared toilets and two separate shower rooms within the building.Closest Community Kitchen is a short walk to Bodhi. It has two ovens with stoves, a toaster, fridge with freezer, dishes, utensils and coffee makers. 🛏 Sleeps 2🚿 Shared Bathroom The Manzanita Rooms are tucked away in a secluded, wooded section of the lower property, surrounded by trees and nature. Our eco-remodeled rooms feature two twin beds, cork flooring, simple furnishings, a desk or bookshelf, lighting, and down pillows. A covered wraparound walkway surrounds the entire building, creating a peaceful space to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.The Manzanita Community Kitchen is located within the building and provides everything you need to prepare your own meals, including cookware, dishes, utensils, an oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and a full-size refrigerator with freezer. Complimentary teas are available 24 hours a day.A shared bathhouse is located directly across from the building. The bathhouse has two separate sides, each with one toilet and two showers. For a peaceful escape, visit The Point, a scenic overlook that’s perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings.When the wind picks up, The Point is also an ideal spot to fly a kite—so don’t forget to bring one!Sunrise Bathroom & Community KitchenThe shared Sunrise bathroom is conveniently located just inside the central entrance of the Sunrise building. It features two toilets, two sinks, and two showers, making it easy to share with other guests.Just a short stroll down the hill, you’ll find the Main Lodge Community Kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a commercial refrigerator, oven, coffee makers, blender, toaster, cookware, utensils, dishes, and a selection of spices.Complimentary tea is available 24 hours a day for you to enjoy.Behind the Main Lodge is the Spa.
