Details of this retreat

Over the last handful of years, we have gotten so much out of attending retreats of various kinds, and the idea of being able to host retreats here was a huge part of what drove us to restore this property.

There are all kinds of retreats out there—many, if not most, are quite specialized. At this retreat, though, we’ll be exploring a wide range of practices and experiences that have been most meaningful in our own lives. This weekend is designed as an open, exploratory space—one where you can try different practices and settle into whatever serves you most right now.

Our sessions (all of which are optional) will include breathwork, meditation, group cold plunges, music, ecstatic dance, and group reflection. Education and guidance for all of these practices will be provided, and everyone is welcome regardless of their level of experience with them. There will still also be plenty of poolside or fireside free time to rest, connect, journal, or follow your own inspiration.

We’ll provide all meals beginning with dinner upon everyone’s arrival Friday through breakfast Sunday morning, with the retreat concluding around noon. Everything will be healthy, and we will accommodate dietary restrictions.

If retreats are new to you, you might be amazed by what becomes possible in only a couple of days when a group shows up with the amount of intention these gatherings carry. Our hope is that you’ll leave the weekend feeling rested and renewed, with new friendships, memorable experiences, and a handful of practical tools you can take home to help you stay more grounded, present, and ALIVE in everyday life.

The base cost of this retreat is $300 which includes all sessions and meals from Friday evening dinner through breakfast on Sunday. We have a variety of room and bed options to choose from at different price points that you can select at checkout. Note that the pricing for lodging is per person for the entire weekend, not per night.
