Nai Keweya (Mark) was initiated into the Ayahuasca tradition in July 2015 and since then has been on a very deliberate initiatory journey towards cultivating a deep and trusting relationship with both the Shipibo tradition and the Spirit of Ayahuasca. There are many unique aspects to Mark’s journey including the sacred alliance with the Lakota tradition, a tradition that has allowed Mark to learn many important teachings on the land where he calls home. Mark was given the name Nai Keweya (With Sky Spirit Medicine) by Maestro Ricardo Amaringo as a recognition of his connection to the spirits of the Sky. He was also given the name Leon Joni Koshi Mutai - pronounced: leon ho-nee kooshi moo-tai - (Lion Taming Man) by the spirit of Ayahuasca as a directive to use his medicine to support others to become leaders in their communities as they come into alignment with their “higher self,” the deepest aspects of their heart, and to the Ani Joe Riosen - pronounced: a-nee ho-ah dee-o-son - (The Light of God). Mark also carries the honorable distinction of working at the root of the plants and feels very blessed and honoured to be able to facilitate the work of the medicine at this important time.

Tara understands that she has been on the Medicine Path her whole life, and in 2013 she fully answered the call, stepping into The Work by completely dedicating her life to it. Tara has been gifted several names; Stonemother – given by her ancestors in a drumming vision; Tita Mai Iluminar – given in a Shipibo ayahuasca ceremony in Peru; The One Who Sees Through Darkness – given by the Owl Spirit in a vision fast. As a Wisdom Keeper and Medicine Carrier, her primary purpose on Earth is to be in Sacred Service to her people. Her people span the globe and her tribe grows with each person who finds her. Tara holds space in a deep way for those who are doing Their Work. Among other things, she is a carrier and server of many sacred medicines, a shamanic seer, an ayurvedic marmani, a sound healer trained in India, and a mesa carrier in the Andean /Peruvian lineage of the Qanchis Ylla Inti. As a deep and wide container, Tara is a guide holding her light as she walks with others, helping to illuminate their Path.
