About Popo Niwe Retreat

Mission & Vision

Our mission is to bring the teachings and medicine of Ayahuasca and the Shipibo tradition to the people of the West in a way that is aligned, good and safe. Mark has been on the path for 11 years learning from the Lakota tradition and elders, all under the supervision and guidance of the Spirit of Ayahuasca. Along the way, he was guided to work with and learn from Maestro Ricardo Amaringo who holds the teachings and the medicine with the highest level of respect and reverence. Further to this, Mark holds the honourable distinction of "working at the root of the plants." This allows him to collaborate with Divine energies at the highest level, creating opportunities for significant healing of Body, Mind, and Soul.
