2 Nights 3 Day sacred medicine and breath work retreat

My path to this moment has been long and, at times, deeply challenging. Though I had a relatively privileged upbringing, losing my mother at 13 sent me into a spiral of self-destruction that lasted 13 years. Heavy drug and alcohol abuse consumed me, and by 26, I found myself in a hospital bed weighing just 48kg physically and mentally broken. My journey with sacred medicine had already begun, but like many times before, I fell into a cycle of comfort and self-sabotage. Medicine had shown me how to manifest my future, but I had yet to learn how to control or even understand my emotions. After leaving the hospital, I moved away to get clean and rebuild my life. While I managed to stay on track, occasional drinking remained. It was around this time that two life-changing events occurred: I was gifted The Power of Now, which reinforced my belief in myself, and I discovered breath work specifically the Wim Hof Method. The calmness, peace, and energy I felt were unlike anything I had ever experienced. This time, my addiction was to oxygen. Breath work helped me regain control over my emotions and manifest my future more effectively, eventually leading me to China. With nothing but a vision, I built an Amazon affiliate business from the ground up starting as a homeless entrepreneur. While in China, I developed a deep interest in natural medicines and ancient healing practices. A year later, life took me to Vladivostok, Russia, where I finally prioritised my health and took my first ice plunge. Though I had been practicing breath work for years, this was my first true integration of cold exposure and exercise. Fast-forward to post-COVID, I had moved to Spain with my partner. However, due to supply chain issues and other disruptions, I was forced to abandon the business I had spent years building. Lost and defeated, I ended my relationship and moved in with a good friend. Though this felt like a low point, it became a turning point. With nothing to lose, I poured myself into breath work, creating online and local groups. Teaching these techniques brought me immense joy and fulfilment. As COVID wound down, a friend invited me to Poland for what was meant to be a three-week working retreat in a forest near Poznań. That trip changed my life. I ended up staying for a year. My first experience in that forest shifted something profound I no longer just believed in the power of sacred medicine and breath work, I knew. My final ceremony there gave me clarity, my purpose is to help people heal, to hold their hands as they step into the lives they want to live, and to show them they can become whoever they choose to be. For nearly five years now, I have been traveling, hosting hundreds of ceremonies, and continually seeking the most magical places to welcome people into their own healing journeys. Over the past year, I have been working at a beautiful retreat near Calpe and have had the honour of guiding many visitors through powerful and transformative experiences. Now, I am grateful to also have my own magical space where I can welcome those who feel called to visit and continue their healing journey with me.
