Terra Nova offers an uncompromising analogue sanctuary in the Sardinian Blue Zone, where active co-creation and deep stillness guide you back to your true human essence.
It is an invitation to detachment and recalibration, where the absence of stimuli leads to an irreversible clarity of mind.
Here, there is nothing to prove; you are simply invited to be part of the natural cycle of the universe.
Availability & Application.
At Terra Nova, we value discretion and individual guidance, therefore we only host two guests at a time.
Due to this policy and the seasonal Sardinian climate, our available places are both exclusive and limited.
We kindly invite interested participants to email us in advance to align wishes, expectations, and available dates.
For 2026, our sanctuary is exclusively open during the months of June, September, and October.
On a practical note, we welcome our guests from Sunday 2:00 PM until the following Sunday 2:00 PM.
Should you wish for an earlier arrival or an extended stay, we are happy to look at the possibilities based on availability.
To ensure a deep and meaningful exchange, our individual guidance and daily interactions are available in English, Dutch, and German.

Directions
Our nature sanctuary is conveniently located just a 25-minute drive from both Olbia Airport (OLB) and the Port of Olbia. The nearby villages of Arzachena and Porto Cervo are respectively a 10- and 5-minute drive away.
Accommodation
You will stay in your own spacious, high-quality cotton tent that breathes with nature. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable bed with natural linens, outside, the sounds of the Sardinian night and the rhythm of the waves will carry you to sleep. In the evenings, the cool sea breeze flows through your tent, making air conditioning unnecessary, though a blanket may sometimes be welcome. Our domain is not artificially lit, light is only provided within the tents, kitchens, and sanitary facilities. At night, the rest of the grounds are bathed in the silver glow of the moon—a true relaxation for the eyes. Each guest has private sanitary facilities and access to refreshing outdoor showers under the open sky. Notwithstanding our recognition and appreciation of the utility of artificial intelligence in certain circumstances, we prioritize human intelligence. For this reason, Terra Nova is an AI- and Wi-Fi-free zone where human imperfection and 'not-knowing' constitute the essence of our authenticity. Please note that we are a strictly smoke- and alcohol-free sanctuary. We protect the purity of this space and the clarity of consciousness; external substances that disturb this process are not permitted. Choosing Terra Nova means unconditionally choosing this sober confrontation with yourself and nature. It goes without saying that drug use, violence, and any form of disrespect toward fellow creatures and/or the domain are strictly prohibited. Such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the stay, without any refund. We protect the integrity of Terra Nova unconditionally. Our credo is simple: we expect our guests to treat others and the environment as they wish to be treated themselves. This mutual respect is the foundation of everything we create at Terra Nova.
