Return to Self is an exclusive four-day retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, designed for people who are accomplished, capable, and busy, yet feel the quiet pull to slow down, reset, and reconnect with what matters most.

This retreat is not about fixing or overhauling your life. Instead, it provides space, time, and gentle guidance to pause, exhale, and reconnect with yourself, your energy, and your clarity.

Over four days, guests will experience:
- Nervous-system restorative practices: breathwork, gentle movement, and quiet reflection
- Nature immersion: mindful walks through the estate’s woodlands, gardens, and countryside
- Reflective workshops: exploring identity, values, and alignment
- Creative and embodied practices: journaling, somatic exercises, and daily rituals
- Restorative communal and private moments: optional treatments, fireside evenings, and quiet solitude
- Nourishing seasonal cuisine: fresh, locally sourced meals to delight and sustain
- Accommodation is boutique, across the Farmhouse Barn and Lavender Cottage, offering warmth, privacy, and comfort.

Guests may choose from single, double, or triple rooms, all with access to the estate’s outdoor spaces.
This retreat is intentionally small and intimate, offering a luxurious, discreet environment to slow down, recharge, and leave feeling restored and aligned.

Investment includes: accommodation, all meals, and the full on-site retreat programme. Optional off-site activities are not included.
