FAQ
What is "Feel it all"?
Feel It All is a retreat concept that combines yoga with systemic self-exploration. They offer various retreats in Belgium where you can find peace and take time for yourself.

What does a typical day look like?
The day begins with morning yoga, followed by a shared brunch. Afterwards, there's a systemic workshop, and then you have free time. In the evening, we dive into yoga philosophy, practice yoga again, followed by meditation, and then eat dinner together. Of course, all activities are voluntary.

What is systemic self-exploration?
Systemic self-exploration is a reflective method where you can explore your inner patterns, relationships, and dynamics. Miriam, the systemic therapist, leads these workshops and creates a safe space for personal introspection and development. Since the team members are introverts, there are no introduction rounds or presentations in front of the group. The reflection methods are gentle, voluntary, and never exposing.

What style of yoga is taught?
Pritam teaches Hatha Vinyasa Flow and Traditional Hatha with a strong focus on alignment and precise practice. His teaching combines traditional knowledge from the Himalayan ashrams with modern approaches—a blend that makes the classes both well-founded and accessible. The practice is adapted to the individual needs and levels of all participants.

Do I need yoga experience?
"Feel it all - the original concept" is suitable for all levels.

How intensive is the program?
The program is thoughtfully curated with active sessions and sufficient free time. There's plenty of space to breathe, go for walks, or simply be, yet the experience is usually felt as intense.

In what language do the retreats take place?
"Feel it all - the original concept" takes place in English; German translation is no problem. Pritam teaches in English.
