This Sedona retreat is an immersive opportunity to unplug, challenge yourself, and reconnect — with nature, your body, and a growth-minded community.

Set among Sedona’s iconic red rock landscapes, this retreat is intentionally tech-free and designed as a true digital detox. Intentional mornings, epic hikes, and full days in nature create space to step out of routine and into presence. Through guided adventures, yoga, somatic breathwork, nourishing meals, and facilitated workshops, participants are supported in both physical wellness and mental and emotional health.

This experience is for those who feel the pull to do something different — to unplug from technology, move their bodies, breathe deeply, and reconnect to themselves away from constant stimulation. Hikes are designed to be challenging yet accessible, with plenty of support, rest, and awe-filled moments along the way.

Afternoons and evenings offer integration through workshops, breathwork, reflection, and intentional community connection. By doing hard things together in a supportive environment, participants often leave feeling clearer, more confident, and deeply connected — not just to others, but to themselves.

This is more than a retreat. It’s a reset, a reminder of what you’re capable of, and an invitation to carry that confidence back into everyday life.

Schedule

Early Morning

6:00–7:15am — Sunrise yoga, breathwork, meditation
7:15–8:00am — Light breakfast, coffee, and preparation for the day

Morning Adventure

8:00am–1:00pm — Epic guided hike or outdoor adventure

Hikes are designed to be challenging yet accessible, with support, scenic pauses, and moments for reflection along the way.

Afternoon

1:30–2:30pm — Lunch and rest
2:30–4:30pm — Facilitated workshop, group discussion, or integration session
4:30–5:30pm — Free time (rest, journaling, optional exploration)

Evening

5:30–6:30pm — Somatic breathwork or meditation
6:30–7:30pm — Early dinner together
7:30–8:30pm — Evening reflection, connection, or quiet integration time

Directions

Detailed directions to the retreat center will be shared with registered participants prior to arrival.

In general, participants should plan to arrive by car or fly into the nearest major airport and rent a vehicle. Specific airport recommendations, driving directions, parking information, and arrival instructions will be provided in the pre-retreat welcome email.

The retreat center is located in a natural setting and may require driving on scenic or unpaved roads for the final portion of the journey. We recommend allowing extra travel time and arriving during daylight hours when possible.

If you have questions about travel logistics, carpooling, or arrival timing, we are happy to help once you are registered.

Accommodation

Accommodations are shared across two well-appointed homes, offering comfortable bedrooms and inviting common spaces. Rooms are designed to support rest and recovery after full adventure days, balancing privacy with intentional community in a warm, relaxed setting. We have shared and private options.

Our Sedona retreat is hosted across two beautiful, nearby retreat home properties set among the iconic red rocks. The retreat properties are gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully chosen to support rest, connection, and full immersion in nature.
