About this Retreat
Elena is a personal stylist with over 13 years of experience in the fashion industry, specialising in sustainable fashion, colour analysis, and fashion psychology.
Originally from Italy and now based in Edinburgh, she is the founder of Yellow Souls Studio, where she supports people in building confidence and embracing their true, authentic selves.
A trusted leader in her field, Elena is known for creating spaces where clients feel seen, safe, and genuinely welcomed. Friends and clients often describe her as inspiring, passionate, fun, and a little ray of sunshine, someone who brings warmth and energy into every room.
Alongside her work as a stylist, Elena is also an athlete and an instructor, competing pole dance across Europe and performing in Scotland in different disciplines. Empowerment, both physical and emotional, is at the heart of everything she does.
Expect a relaxed, inclusive environment where everyone feels supported, seen, and free to be themselves.
Smit, originally from India, has been teaching and practicing yoga since 2018. For him, yoga isn’t just something you do on the mat it’s a way to connect with yourself, with others, and with life.
He believes yoga should feel simple, real, and human, where the practice isn’t about perfection but about presence.
Smit creates spaces where you can move, breathe, and rest in a way that feels natural and true to you and helps you believe in yourself, even when you don’t.
When he’s not teaching, you’ll find him outdoors chasing sunsets, enjoying a cup of chai, or sitting quietly in stillness.

Worn Within was born from a moment of deep exhaustion a time when I felt burned out, disconnected, and far from myself.
During a transformative journey in India, everything slowed down. I rested, reconnected, and felt truly alive again.
Most of all, I felt inspired. It was there that I met Smit, a yoga teacher whose presence and intention deeply resonated with mine. From our shared vision of authenticity, growth and true reconnection, this retreat was created.
Worn Within is not a classic wellness retreat.
It’s a space of freedom, encouragement, and choice.
A full experience designed to help you deeply relax, grow, and feel inspired.
Here, we explore the inner world and how it naturally flows into the outer one from intuition and emotion to movement, self-expression, and personal style.
