I am an accomplished qualified Personal Fitness Trainer, Class Instructor, Health Coach. I have been running my own business within the leisure industry for the past 12 years and know this is definitely where my skills and talents lie - working with individuals to assist them in their journey to better health and wellness.
I endeavour to help individuals of all backgrounds who choose to improve their health, fitness, and ultimately their lives for the better. Officially an Essex girl, I grew up in Dagenham in the East of London with my siblings to Bajan parents. I was a highly competitive athlete from my youth through to adulthood and decided to make fitness and wellbeing my passion in life.
