About this Retreat
Yuli (RYT1000, E-RYT500, founder of the AYAMA® Method) focuses on the “witness observer attitude” and meditation in movement. Her style blends intuition with tradition and draws from varied disciplines. Since 2018, she has studied with Sri Dharma Mittra, Yoshio Rama, Vinay Kumar, Carmen Aguilar, Andrei Ram, Angelica Soler, and others. Yuli blends the Hatha Raja and Dharma approaches to pranayama with Prana Vashya Vinyasa and Mandala yoga movement. A respected Pilates instructor and trainer of Aerial Pilates and Sadhu Board, Yuli inspires students to reconnect with themselves through transformative practice, alignment, humility, and presence, leading trainings and retreats worldwide.
Lili guides people to reconnect with themselves through conscious movement, breath, and embodied presence. Dance, her first language, infuses her teaching with sensitivity and depth. Trained in Hatha-Vinyasa yoga and further studies in Hatha and Ashtanga in South India, she weaves ancient tradition with a modern approach in her work. She is also trained in the In_Breath technique, a gentle, circular breathwork practice that supports emotional release and access to expanded states of consciousness, always grounded in softness and safety.
As a yoga teacher and intuitive artist, Pau creates a connection between creativity, divine femininity, and moon astrology – guiding women circles, lunar yoga classes, yin & moon rituals.
Tonia Richii is a performance coach and multidisciplinary artist with extensive experience helping individuals overcome shyness and cultivate authentic presence.
During the pandemic, she worked one-on-one with singers, poets, spokespersons, and teachers, guiding them to develop confidence, vocal projection, stage presence, and storytelling skills.
Alongside her career as a live performer and entertainer, Tonia integrates her own practices in yoga, meditation, and high-intensity training to support her students in embodying both strength and ease.
Her teaching approach combines practical performance techniques with mindful awareness, equipping aspiring educators and coaches with the tools to engage students effectively and with confidence.
Originally from Sydney, Australia, she has honed her professional expertise in the US and EMEA markets. Throughout her career, she has held influential positions at the director level, navigating the domains of product merchandising, sales, marketing, and general category management. She has contributed to renowned global brands such as NIKE, Inc., adidas, and Carhartt.
Currently, as the founder of Shanti Vida S.L., a Barcelona-based Creative Wellness Hub, Desirea's passion reaches new heights. Within the realm of well-being, she harnesses her entrepreneurial spirit to craft personalized programs, curate transformative events, and design business strategies tailored for wellness-focused entrepreneurs.

Directions
Book your flight to Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN). We help you organize a shuttle bus that picks you in the city center of Barcelona (close to our yoga studio Shanti Vida) and brings you back from the Masia to the city center. The price for the transportation is between 30-45€, depending on the number of people sharing the bus. Estimated travel time is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Accommodation
During your Yoga Teacher Training at Masia Ventanell, you will stay in comfortable twin bedrooms designed to support rest, connection, and integration throughout your journey. Each room is shared with one other participant and includes a private bathroom, offering both comfort and privacy within a peaceful retreat environment. The accommodation blends rustic Mediterranean charm with simplicity and warmth, allowing you to fully disconnect from daily distractions and immerse yourself in the experience.
