Mornings
We begin most mornings with yoga, meditation, and breathwork
After practice, enjoy a leisurely breakfast, followed by unstructured time to move at your own pace. This might look like:
Wandering the gardens or nearby trails
Sitting by the pool
Reading, journaling, or resting
Learning to play pétanque
Walking into the nearby village for a coffee or shopping
Midday
Lunch is shared back at the villa, followed by more open time - perfect for resting, connecting with others, or enjoying quiet time on your own.
Afternoons & Early Evenings
Later in the day, we gather again for a second practice: yoga, breathwork, meditation, and yoga nidra.
Evenings
Dinner, prepared by an experienced, local chef is unhurried and communal. Evenings are intentionally quiet and open-ended and ideal for:

Sunday, Oct 11 – Arrival & Welcome
Arrive at the farmhouse in the late afternoon, enjoy welcome refreshments, and settle in with a gentle grounding yoga session. Share your first chef-prepared dinner and unwind for the evening.
Monday, Oct 12 – Settle into the Rhythm
Begin the week with morning vinyasa/flow yoga and optional meditation. Enjoy free time for hiking, exploring local villages, reading, or journaling. Afternoon yoga is followed by another chef-prepared dinner.
Tuesday & Wednesday – Excursions to Villages & Abbeys
Venture to the iconic hilltop villages of Gordes, Roussillon, and Goult, and visit the historic Abbaye de Sénanque. Independent lunches at local restaurants give you a taste of authentic Provençal cuisine. Return for afternoon yoga and chef-prepared dinners at the farmhouse.
Thursday – Full-Day Excursion: Aix, Saint-Rémy & Les Baux
Discover the charm of Aix-en-Provence, the artistic streets of Saint-Rémy, and the medieval village of Les Baux. Enjoy an independent lunch during the excursion, return for a gentle restorative yoga session, and a pizza night.
Friday – Integration & Reflection
Spend the morning on yoga flow, then enjoy free time with optional walks, journaling, or poolside relaxation. Afternoon yoga helps integrate the week’s experiences. End the day with a chef-prepared dinner and evening reflection.
Saturday, Oct 17 – Departure
Start the morning with a closing yoga practice and a chef-prepared farewell brunch before saying goodbye.
