About this Retreat
Damini Sargam is a dedicated and intuitive Teacher, Yogi, Psychologist, Multidisciplinary Energy Healing Practitioner, specializing in Sound Healing, Meditation, Breathwork and Yoga.
She has over 12+ years of experience in teaching thousands of students from across the globe.
Her work brings together ancient Vedic wisdom with modern psychological understanding, sound and frequency-based therapies, nervous-system awareness, feminine and masculine energy work, yogic practices, vedic rituals, and energy-balancing approaches.
Damini had studied Sound in Mumbai since early childhood as a part of her family lineage.
She had the opportunity to work around many Masters and learn from their depth and dedication.
The practice of Nada Yoga, or the yoga of sound, and classical Indian Ragas incorporated vocal chants, mantras, the tone of the human voice, silence, and vibrations of musical instruments to balance and harmonize the chakras; sound could reach deep within the human psyche, bringing about profound transformation and restoration.
From the rhythmic beats of indigenous drums to the delicate tones of Himalayan singing bowls, she learned sound healing as an ancient practice where vibrations from instruments are used to shift energy within the body.
Damini also studied psychology internationally, with a Master's from India and Germany.
She has done extensive research in the field, exploring the complexities of the human mind and behavior.
The unconscious mind includes all of the things that are outside of our conscious awareness, such as early childhood memories, desires, and hidden drives.
We bury these things in our unconscious because they might be socially unacceptable or bring us internal conflict.
While these thoughts, memories, and urges are outside of our awareness, they still influence how we think and behave.
The conscious mind, on the other hand, includes everything that is inside of our awareness.
Damini integrates Feminine and Masculine Energy Balance within the framework of Energy Healing. The Divine Masculine is the energy that affirms us and supports the sacred Feminine to be seen and shine.
The Divine Masculine perfectly complements the Divine Feminine aspects of receiving, healing, being intuitive, calming, in flow, loving, and safely vulnerable.
We all have both energies within us and this energy isn't related to our gender but it plays a huge role in determining who we attract and how we behave in a relationship.
When we heal and balance the masculine & feminine energies within, there can be a divine union in relationship, where each feels safe, held in their highest potential, creating trust & deep intimacy.
Damini also specializes in Women's Healing where students learn about Feminine-based movement practices to support energetic flow, menstrual cycle, womb healing, generational trauma, ancestral and karmic release work and navigating stuck emotions.
Damini encourages students to explore the philosophy and practices of the Divine Feminine through the lens of the Shakta Tantra tradition—one of India's oldest spiritual lineages devoted to the worship of Shakti, the creative power that gives birth to all life.
Damini integrates the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda- one of the world's most ancient medical systems and one of India’s oldest traditional healthcare systems.
Ayurvedic texts have mentioned that a human is entwined indefinitely with nature and the cosmos over the course of time. Ayurveda deals with the flow of energy in the human body.
She places important emphasis on Pranayama. It is much more than a mere breathing exercise; it is a profound spiritual technology designed to govern the subtle energies that animate the human body.
The scriptural roots of Pranayama are found in the Upanishads and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, where it is described as a method to purify the Nadis (energy channels) and prepare the practitioner for higher states of consciousness. In the Vedic tradition, the breath is seen as the subtle connection between the Atman (Soul) and the material world.
Damini is also a trained Fine Art Professional. She is deeply immersed in spiritual Art and has worldwide collectors of her paintings. She integrates art therapy and creative expression through Yantra painting in her trainings.
In spiritual terms, a yantra is not just a symbol—it is a living force. A Yantra is essentially an instrument of control, concentration, and spiritual elevation. Used across various traditions, especially in Hindu and Tantric practices, it acts as a bridge between the practitioner and the cosmic energies.
Damini remains personally involved in the Training and Retreats, ensuring each participant’s experience to be adapted according to their emotional needs, boundaries and comfort.
Damini creates a safe and nurturing space where students are encouraged to explore their spiritual potential. Her teachings blend traditional techniques with modern sensibility, making profound practices accessible to students of all levels.
She works around a profound and meaningful understanding: our thoughts, emotional patterns, breathing patterns, physical self, nervous system, relationships, way of living, and sense of being has a deeper impact.
With a deeply spiritual approach and a compassionate presence, she guides her students through powerful inner practices that awaken energy, balance the mind, and elevate consciousness.
Her deep expertise and compassionate teaching style have made her a sought-after teacher in the field. Her integrated background enables her to teach people from various backgrounds. She creates a confidential and non-judgmental space where trust can develop naturally and every person is respected for their own lived experience.

Our womb holds the key to our deepest intuition as women and has the power to unlock a sense of fullness and pleasure in our lives. When we connect it, we heal our womb and reclaim our own divinity. By working with the divine feminine and the energy of Shakti we are able to find deep healing and empowerment within all areas of our lives.

With each chapter devoted to an energetic issue that may be limiting your power, including difficult issues such as abuse and reproductive wounds, the techniques in this guide will help you feel empowered and improve your courage and vitality.
An Intimate Journey into the Living Tradition of the Divine Feminine
This course has been intentionally designed as an intimate experience, welcoming a maximum of 1-6 participants.
The small group size allows every student to receive personal guidance while also benefiting from the connection, reflection, and shared insights that naturally arise when walking a meaningful path together.
Over these days, you will explore the philosophy and practices of the Divine Feminine through the lens of the Shakta Tantra tradition—one of India's oldest spiritual lineages devoted to the worship of Shakti, the creative power that gives birth to all life.
Divine Feminine energy is a universal frequency that is the cornerstone of our physical and spiritual existence. It is the vibration of the Great Goddess: the spiritual mother and ultimate life-giver.
Goddess Consciousness is a state of awareness connected to the feminine life force. This is a container for heart and soul wisdom, to natural and divine laws, and to loving, harmonious and peace-enhancing behaviours.
To unlock divine feminine energies, we need to access, fully feel, and release our feelings without judgement. Stagnant feelings become held not only in the physical body, they are also locked in the ‘spiritual body’. This blockage can restrict the flow of divine feminine energy.
Emotions are a source of Goddess Wisdom. By giving credence to your emotions, and honouring them in yourself and others, you are tapping into a treasure chest of long-suppressed spiritual feminine energy.
Create Ritual & Sacred Space
Sacred rituals have been used as a bridge between earth and spirit for eons. From lighting a candle before you meditate and pray, to orchestrating a ceremonial circle involving many people, any kind of sacred ritual is an intentional statement to your Higher Self that you are invoking an ancient, timeless connection to the Goddess.
When you create ritual and sacred space, it can ignite ancient past life memories held deep in your cells and energy bodies. You may be tapping into times when you regularly practiced rituals and ceremonies within conscious communities and civilisations.
Connect with your Body Wisdom
Your body is your most accurate barometer for sacred feminine truth and wisdom. Your body also gives you signals when something is ‘off’ in your life and out of alignment with your evolving soul energy.
Many Souls who are called to awaken Goddess energies hold emotional residues of past life abuse and trauma in their bodies. This past life imprint could also have travelled to experiences of physical, sexual and emotional abuse within this present lifetime. As the vibration of the Goddess stirs within the energy bodies, the physical body will desire to shake off and release old trauma held in the tissues and cells. This is vital practice as Divine Feminine consciousness begins moving through the entire being.
This kind of energetic clearing can be assisted with body-healing therapies such as holistic massage, connected breath work, and many other forms of bodywork that tap into your deep-held emotions.
Our intention is not simply to teach techniques, but to help you cultivate a direct relationship with these teachings through meditation, ritual, movement, nature, discussion, and personal practice.
The course places special emphasis on the psychological dimensions of practice: subconscious conditioning, emotional patterns, trauma sensitivity, therapeutic communication, practitioner awareness, and the healing relationship.
Healing our Internal Masculine & Feminine Energies
Regardless of our biological sex, we all have a mix of masculine and feminine energy, and we need both in our daily lives. Masculine energy is characterized by DOING and achieving and is molded by logic and reason. The feminine is more intuitive, oriented towards receiving and allowing, and characterized by BEING.
Balancing these two energies is key to a more balanced and better world. Both energies have a healthy divine aspect and a wounded aspect.
Art Therapy and Spiritual Importance of Making Yantra
Crafting a yantra is a sacred act. In spiritual terms, a yantra is not just a symbol it is a living force. When activated through proper rituals and intention, it becomes a dynamic tool that radiates specific vibrations. Each line, triangle, circle, and point in a yantra corresponds to specific cosmic principles and energies. It’s a sacred diagram that represents the universe and the divine forces within it. Used across various traditions, especially in Hindu and Tantric practices, it acts as a bridge between the practitioner and the cosmic energies.
