Retreat Highlights

  • This is a 30-day, 29-night, Energy Healing Training in Rishikesh.
  • The course places special emphasis on the psychological dimensions of practice: subconscious conditioning, emotional patterns, trauma sensitivity, therapeutic communication, practitioner awareness, and the healing relationship.
  • Healing our Internal Masculine & Feminine Energies
  • Regardless of our biological sex, we all have a mix of masculine and feminine energy, and we need both in our daily lives. Masculine energy is characterized by DOING and achieving and is molded by logic and reason. The feminine is more intuitive, oriented towards receiving and allowing, and characterized by BEING.
  • Healthy divine aspect: Shining light on what is unhealthy/ wounded. Alchemising this into healthy divine energy
  • Wounded aspect: Led by ego, moving into pain, place of darkness and fear
  • Balancing these two energies is key to a more balanced and better world. Both energies have a healthy divine aspect and a wounded aspect.
  • The best way we get to learn this truth, is through relationships. So one reason to focus on this modality of healing is that if we balance our masculine and feminine energy, we will get to experience healthier, more fulfilling romantic and otherwise relations.
  • Women's Healing and Divine Feminine practices through the lens of the Shakta Tantra tradition, one of India's oldest spiritual lineages.
  • You will learn about Feminine-based movement practices to support energetic flow, the menstrual cycle, and pelvic health.
  • The course will dive deep into topics like ancestral healing, womb work, birth imprint reprogramming and Embodiment practices. These are an integral part of learning while working on Women's Healing.
  • Our womb holds the key to our deepest intuition as women and has the power to unlock a sense of fullness and pleasure in our lives. When we connect it, we heal our womb and reclaim our own divinity. By working with the divine feminine and the energy of Shakti we are able to find deep healing and empowerment within all areas of our lives.
  • Energy Healing for Women provides effective exercises to heal injury and restore wholeness on all levels with chakra healing, ancient rituals and manifestation practices, ancestral and karmic release, breathwork, meditation, and affirmation practices.
  • With each chapter devoted to an energetic issue that may be limiting your power, including difficult issues such as abuse and reproductive wounds, the techniques in this guide will help you feel empowered and improve your courage and vitality.
  • Sound & Energy-healing traditions and contemporary perspectives
  • The journey from healing toward integration, meaning, and wholeness. You will spend substantial time handling instruments, comparing frequencies, developing listening sensitivity, practicing placement and sequencing, and learning how sound intensity, rhythm, silence, duration, and practitioner presence can shape an experience.
  • While introductory programs may stop at instrument striking, relaxation sequences, or basic tuning-fork massage, we continue into the deeper questions: How does the body receive vibration, why do individuals respond differently, how should intensity and frequency be selected, and when should an approach be modified or avoided?
  • The expansive qualities of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, voice, and therapeutic soundscapes are gradually united with the precision of weighted and non-weighted tuning forks.
  • You move far beyond basic bowl striking or mechanical tuning fork massage and begin understanding the reasoning behind instrument choice, frequency selection, pacing, placement, and adaptation.
  • The practices are experienced as one interdependent system.
  • Breath may prepare the body to receive sound. Mindfulness may reveal what is arising. Mantra can give vibration an intentional vocal form.
  • Sound healing creates an immersive field, while tuning fork therapy introduces focused vibrational precision.
  • Vedic Yogic Pranayama (Yogic Breathwork)
  • Pranayama, derived from the Sanskrit words 'Prana' (life force or vital energy) and 'Ayama' (extension), is much more than a mere breathing exercise; it is a profound spiritual technology designed to govern the subtle energies that animate the human body. It serves as the vital bridge between the physical body (Annamaya Kosha) and the mental sheath (Manomaya Kosha). When we experience anxiety, our Prana becomes erratic, turbulent, and shallow, leading to a state of mental fragmentation. By consciously regulating the breath, we tap into the primordial intelligence of the life force to calm the fluctuations of the mind (Chitta Vritti).
  • The scriptural roots of Pranayama are found in the Upanishads and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, where it is described as a method to purify the Nadis (energy channels) and prepare the practitioner for higher states of consciousness. In the Vedic tradition, the breath is seen as the subtle connection between the Atman (Soul) and the material world.
  • Within the vast framework of Yoga Darshana, as elucidated by Maharishi Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras, Pranayama is the fourth limb of Ashtanga Yoga. Anxiety is often interpreted as an imbalance in the Vata Dosha, which is governed by air and space elements. When Vata becomes aggravated, it manifests as restlessness, fear, and racing thoughts. Pranayama acts as a stabilizing force, grounding the erratic Vata and bringing the practitioner back to a state of Sthirata (stability) and Sukha (ease).
  • Ayurveda The Science of the Life Force
  • Ayurveda literally means "Knowledge of Life" in Sanskrit. The Sanskrit verse "Ayurasminvidyate" defines Ayurveda. It means Ayurveda is a science which deals with "Ayur" (life).
  • Ayurveda is one of the world's most ancient medical systems and one of India’s oldest traditional healthcare systems. It is based on ancient writings that rely on a natural approach to physical and mental well-being. The aim of Ayurveda is the preservation of the health to help them attain the four principles of life (Purusharthas of life).
  • The ancient science of Ayurveda views man as a complex system consisting of four vital parts the body, the soul, the six senses and the mind. Ayurvedic texts have mentioned that a human is entwined indefinitely with the nature and the cosmos through course of time. Ayurveda deals with the flow of energy in the human body.
  • The Ayurvedic texts are called Upavedas and run parallel to the classical Indian Vedas. The Vedas date back to about five thousand years. They preach the philosophy of life. The Atharvaveda contains the principles of healing on which Ayurveda is based. Ayurveda is the most ancient science of healing which enhances longevity. It has influenced many of the older traditional methods of healing including Tibetan, Chinese and Greek medicine. Ayurveda is considered by many as the 'mother of healing.'
  • Holistic Cooking Program
  • Holistic Cooking is more than just preparing meals it's a conscious approach to food as a tool for healing, energy, and inner balance.
  • Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, this training empowers you to understand the relationship between food, body constitution (Prakriti), and overall well-being.
  • Food is medicine when cooked and consumed mindfully. In Ayurveda, nutrition goes beyond calories and vitamins. It is about balance, energy, and harmony with your body type (Prakriti) and the seasons.
  • Learn Ayurvedic Cooking where traditional Indian cooking meets the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda. Learn how food, spices, seasonal ingredients, and mindful cooking can become a beautiful part of a balanced lifestyle.
  • Through a blend of theory and hands-on cooking sessions, you will not only understand how food affects the body and mind, but also learn to prepare sattvic (pure and balanced) vegetarian meals that nourish deeply and detox gently.
  • Art Therapy and Spiritual Importance of Making Yantra
  • Crafting a yantra is a sacred act. It is not just about drawing shapes it requires purity of intention, correct proportions, and sometimes astrological timing. While many yantras are now commercially printed or engraved, traditional yantras are still hand-drawn by spiritually trained individuals.
  • In spiritual terms, a yantra is not just a symbol it is a living force. When activated through proper rituals and intention, it becomes a dynamic tool that radiates specific vibrations. Each line, triangle, circle, and point in a yantra corresponds to specific cosmic principles and energies. It’s a sacred diagram that represents the universe and the divine forces within it. Derived from the Sanskrit root ‘yam’ meaning ‘to control’ and ‘tra’ meaning ‘instrument’, a Yantra is essentially an instrument of control, concentration, and spiritual elevation. Used across various traditions, especially in Hindu and Tantric practices, it acts as a bridge between the practitioner and the cosmic energies.
  • A Holistic approach to Healing and Well being
  • You will be invited to observe yourself. Your reactions, expectations, personal triggers, confidence, boundaries, and relationship with silence become part of your development.
  • Rishikesh holds this process in an environment shaped by yoga, mantra, contemplation, and spiritual inquiry.
  • The river brings rhythm; the mountains bring stillness; the curriculum gives you the knowledge to bring both qualities into your work.
  • Held within the spiritually alive atmosphere of Rishikesh, the training combines intensive study, hands-on practice, inner exploration, and practitioner formation.
  • The training includes hands-on experience with bowls, bells, and additional healing instruments, along with guidance on how to conduct professional sessions and sound baths.
  • Our academy is located in the serene, lush green Himalayas.
  • It is a scenic journey to Rishikesh in the mountains, followed by a 10-minute walk to our academy in a small village with no cars or traffic.

Feminine and Masculine Energy Healing-

The idea of balancing feminine and masculine energies is far from new. Different traditions have used different names, but the theme is the same: life is shaped by dualities. Opposing forces like light and dark, action and rest, structure and flow guide how we experience the world.

Before we spoke of feminine and masculine, we also saw these patterns in:

Yin & yang (Taoism): Yin embodies the receptive, dark, fluid qualities; Yang represents the active, bright, structured forces. Neither exists without the other.

Shakti & shiva (Hinduism): Shakti is dynamic, creative energy; Shiva is stillness and form. Their union symbolizes the balance of movement and structure.

Goddess/god archetypes: Many myths illustrate aspects of the feminine and masculine in human (or well, god-like) form.

Indigenous traditions: Many stories talk of balance as a fundamental principle in the natural world. We witness it in the dual forces of sun and moon, earth and sky, fire and water. The key aspects of the divine masculine are to protect, to give and provide. Other traits include being grounded, purpose driven, logical and taking action. The divine masculine perfectly complements the divine feminine aspects of receiving, healing, spirituality, being intuitive, calming, being in flow, being loving, affectionate and safely vulnerable.

We all have both energies within us and this energy isn't related to our gender or to sexual preferences but, it plays a huge role in determining who we attract and how we behave within a relationship. We can hold a mix of energies both wounded and divine dependent upon our past experiences, past trauma, spiritual advancement or current situation. We can also shift energies to suit circumstances.

It's a fascinating interplay of energies that highlights masculine and feminine polarity as either triggers or harmony. There's so much to explore and understand here. This is the energy that guides our intuition. The Divine Masculine is the energy that affirms us and supports the sacred Feminine to be seen and shine. The Masculine is the energy that ensures the time is created and carved out for the Feminine to rest. Be creative, and be. We need both in our lives. When we build both in our lives, cultivating a relationship with both. When we heal/balance the masculine & feminine energies within, there can be a divine union in relationship, where each feels safe, held in their highest potential, creating trust & deep intimacy.

Understanding the roots of imbalanced feminine energy

These patterns don’t come out of nowhere. Most of the time, they’re learned responses, shaped by culture, family, and lived experience. It already starts in early childhood.

And then there is our changing relationship to nature: Many of us grew up or live in environments that separate us from natural rhythms. Cities, sterile workplaces, artificial lighting. Nature reminds us of cycles, being present with ourselves, and flow, but when it's not around, it's hard to reconnect with who we really are inside.

Healing Modalities-

You begin by studying the foundations of human experience—anatomy, physiology, nervous system function, breath, psychology, emotions, subconscious conditioning, sound, Vedic and yogic philosophy, Ayurveda, traditional energy anatomy, ethics, and the therapeutic relationship.

A Multidimensional Understanding of the Human Being, students study the human system across physical, physiological, neurological, endocrine, psychological, somatic, emotional, sensory, relational, energetic, Vedic, yogic, Ayurvedic, philosophical, and spiritual dimensions.

Depending upon the program, the curriculum may include:

Pañca Mahābhūta—the five great elements

Pañca Kośa—the five dimensions or sheaths of human existence

Modify, simplify, pause, or discontinue an approach when necessary

Recognize contraindications, red flags, and referral needs

The aim is not to produce practitioners who perform the greatest number of techniques.

It is to develop practitioners who can listen deeply, think clearly, choose responsibly, and work with sensitivity.

By the end of the immersion, you will not simply possess a larger toolkit.

You will have begun developing a different way of seeing—one that recognizes the body, nervous system, breath, thoughts, emotions, senses, energy, relationships, meaning, and consciousness as parts of one interconnected life.

Students will participate in:

Instructor demonstrations
Individual technique development
Instrument laboratories
Partner-based practice exchanges
Giving and receiving complete sessions
Case-based learning
Structured protocols and session design
Multimodality sequencing
Supervised practitioner sessions
Technique correction and personalized feedback

The purpose is not merely to issue certificates. It is to help students develop the knowledge, presence, practical confidence, and ethical maturity required to use what they have learned responsibly.

Rishikesh- the living spiritual heritage

Rooted in Rishikesh, where the Ganges, Himalayan foothills, yogic traditions, mantra, meditation, Ayurveda, and spiritual inquiry create an extraordinary environment for studying healing and human consciousness.

Rishikesh is more than the location of the school’s residential programs. Its atmosphere encourages deep listening, disciplined practice, personal reflection, and connection with the living traditions from which much of this knowledge has emerged

Who can join this frequency healing course?

This certification course is perfect for:

Healers and wellness practitioners.

Women's healing
Womb healing and feminine energy activation
Embodiment practices

Counseling develops understanding. Breathwork and mindfulness strengthen awareness. Mantra and sound engage listening and vibration.

Deep inner child work provides complementary emotional support. Tuning forks introduce focused vibration that can be integrated with appropriate points and areas.

Together, they create a 360-degree whole-person framework without losing the distinct identity, boundaries, or safety requirements of any modality.

Your presence, beliefs, wounds, ambitions, projections, and boundaries can influence the helping relationship. You are trained not only to perform modalities, but also to become more aware of the person performing them.

Learn how to use singing bowls, Tingsha bells, chimes, and other sound healing instruments to tune into your inner harmony.

Learning how to hold a mallet, strike a bowl, activate a tuning fork, or perform a basic vibrational massage is useful, but it is only the beginning. You learn to work with people, not merely instruments.

Helps increase mindful practices to become more aware of the present moment.

Understand the theory behind sound healing and gain hands-on experience through practical sessions.

Learn Ayurveda and its fundamental concepts, including herbal medicine treatments and remedies.

The Vedic, yogic, and Ayurvedic person, including the Mahābhūtas, Kośas, Doṣas, Nāḍīs, Chakras, prāṇa, and consciousness.

The spiritual dimension, including karma, purpose, awareness, responsibility, and movement from healing toward wholeness.

This breath gives practitioners a richer framework for understanding why no two clients should be approached through an identical session.

Foundational Ayurveda Within Frequency-Medicine Education

Ayurveda is not included as a decorative cultural reference. Its foundational principles deepen your understanding of constitution, elements, bodily tissues, individual variation, and balance.

The curriculum explores:

Pañca Mahābhūta, the five great elements
Pañca Kośa, the five sheaths of human existence
Tridoṣa, Vāta, Pitta, and Kapha
Nāḍīs and the movement of prāṇa
Chakras and psychological-energetic development

This is a rare integration within sound healing education. It moves the practitioner beyond simplistic one-frequency-for-one-problem formulas and encourages a more individualized understanding of the person receiving the session.

Together, they enable the practitioner to work through multiple pathways, including sound, vibration, breath, awareness, energy, and contemplative practice, while keeping the individual's needs at the center.

Saturday & Sunday week off days for self-exploration.

This creates the foundation for a genuinely holistic approach that seeks balance across the mind, body, emotions, energy, and inner life.

For centuries, people have travelled to India in search of reflection, spiritual connection, and inner renewal.

Rishikesh holds this process in an environment shaped by yoga, mantra and spiritual inquiry.

Rishikesh is more than the location. Rishikesh is a living part of the training.

The rhythm of the Ganga, the stillness of the Himalayas, the presence of temples, the sound and echoes of chanting mantra, and the town's contemplative atmosphere create a powerful setting for studying sound, healing, awareness, divinity and consciousness.

We bring together somatic practices, yoga, meditation, ancient Vedic wisdom, psychological understanding, sound and tuning fork therapy, energy-based approaches, and other complementary modalities within carefully structured professional training and retreat programs.

Every program is designed to respect the whole person—their lived experiences, emotional needs, physical responses, personal beliefs, boundaries, and readiness for transformation.

Each practice is selected with intention and integrated into a coherent personal journey, helping participants understand themselves more deeply, experience meaningful rest, and develop practices they can continue after returning home.

Our retreats are intentionally intimate and are hosted in carefully selected settings that offer privacy, comfort, tranquillity, and connection with nature.

Each environment is prepared to support both therapeutic work and uninterrupted rest, away from the noise and pressure of heavily commercialized tourist areas.

With a structured curriculum and hands-on practice, you’ll gain the skills to use vibrational therapy for personal growth, healing and professional application.

In our Sound Healing Training, we offer expertly crafted training that blends ancient traditions with modern therapeutic techniques, helping you achieve harmony, balance and deep healing.

Healing is approached as a deeply personal process—one that can unfold when you are given the right combination of understanding, support, time, and space.

Whether you arrive feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed by persistent thoughts, disconnected from yourself, or simply aware that something within your life needs attention, you will be welcomed with compassion, confidentiality, and respect.
