The Retreat Experience (Tap In Tap Out Program Access)
Guests join the daily flow of the retreat program, which runs continuously throughout the week and allows guests to arrive at their own convenience and stay as long as they wish. So, there is no “Day 1” and no rigid start date schedule.
Mornings invite movement and starting your day right.
Midday encourages reflection and discovery.
Afternoons create space for rest — think hammocks, reading, journaling, naps, or for those needing some adventure - head out for exploration or integration.
Evenings gather the tribe centered around community, shared meals & storytelling

Each day is a different session which may include one of the following:

Breathwork
Myofascial release therapy
Art therapy
Journaling sessions (free journal for 3+ days)
Nature immersion sessions
Nervous system reset workshops

Afternoon Experiences
Free time for rest, beach, pool, massage, in-room facial or reflection
Optional local excursions. Some popular options are: island hopping boat trips, elephant sanctuary, hot springs, bamboo rafting, viewpoints, water falls, local markets (additional costs apply)
Creative sessions or workshops (on select days)
