Dedicated to ongoing education, Joni inspires holistic wellness, guiding individuals towards strength, balance, and vitality both on and off the mat.
Daena, a dedicated yoga teacher since 2014, combines creative sequencing with a deliberate, mindful approach to cultivate the mind-body connection. Her classes feature a fusion of styles, including vinyasa and yin, focusing on holistic well-being through asanas, breathwork, and mindfulness practices. Drawing from her background in dance, she encourages practitioners to explore movement as a pathway to physical and mental liberation.
