We will practise and immerse ourselves from Wednesday until Sunday.
Weekends and most afternoons are free to enjoy the surrounding nature.
07:00: Morning practice class. We will delve into sun salutations, sound and deep self-discovery.
08:00: Breakfast break. Enjoy your favourite meal and coffee while you watch the sun come up!
08:45 Theory: Get your books and meet us in the yoga room to discover the secrets of yoga.
12:00 Practice: Midday class. We will practise deep, immersive Kundalini and sound yoga, followed by a long yoga nidra session at noon.
13:00 Lunch break: Eat and chill out by the beach or in the forest.
15:00 Theory (Thursday and Friday): Twice a week, we meet in the afternoon for theory.
17:30–20:00 Practice: Evening classes. Back home, immerse yourself in practice.
