Daily Schedule
• Morning sessions from 7:00 through 13:00
• Afternoon sessions: 15:00 to 19:00 and beyond where needed
• 9+ hours of class per day. 4+ hours of daily practice.

• Meditative Hatha Yoga: awareness, embodiment, energy body cultivation
• Tantrik Yoga and meditation: somatic, non-dual, body-based — the philosophical and practical core
• Pranayama, mudra, and bandha: classical and practical
• Emotional digestion and trauma understanding
• Embodiment practices (The Realization Process)
• History of yoga: comprehensive, scholarship-based
• Tantrik yoga philosophy: primary text study
• Introduction to Ayurvedic principles and yogic diet
• Subtle body anatomy: multiple chakra systems, Tantrik 5-layered self, energy channels
• Anatomy: textbook study and Thai massage
• Sanskrit: pronunciation foundations and optional introductory language
• Teaching methodology: practicum, talks, sequencing, adjustments, space-holding
• 3-day silent meditation retreat (built in, not optional)
• Weekly cacao ceremonies
• Temazcal and traditional Mayan fire ceremonies
• Integration of teachings into daily life
