Your Guides

Details of this retreat

Nurture yourself with this 4-day immersion into the replenishing energies and practices of the Ashram. This is a restorative retreat suitable for all levels of yoga experience.

Each day will start at 7:40 with pranayama, chanting and meditation. There will be karma yoga after breakfast, followed by a hatha class before lunch. Following a restful afternoon there will be a Yoga Nidra practice before supper, and evening sessions will include the opportunity for quiet meditation, chanting and satsang (question and answer).

We will start the retreat with a focus on practices that allow you to rest and let go of any tensions that life has created, before moving onto practices that rebuild energy physically, mentally and emotionally, allowing you to leave the Ashram feeling refreshed, renewed and ready to face the days ahead.
