The days between ceremonies are dedicated to rest, reflection, and integration.
After a shared breakfast, there is time to relax, journal, reflect on the previous night's experience, or enjoy the surrounding nature.
Throughout the day, we offer integration circles and group sharing sessions where participants can explore their experiences, ask questions, and receive support in understanding and integrating what has emerged during the ceremonies.
Depending on individual needs, one-on-one conversations with members of our team may also be available.
๐ฝ Around 14:00, a vegetarian lunch is served.
๐ฅ Throughout the day, a snack buffet with fresh fruits, nuts, water, tea, and juices is available.

A guided Ayahuasca ceremony takes place each evening.
Before the ceremony begins, we take time for preparation and intention setting, helping participants consciously connect with their personal process.
The effects of Ayahuasca vary from person to person. The ceremonies typically last **between 4 and 6 hours**, although the duration may be shorter or longer depending on the individual and their unique process.
Each ceremony is unique and may offer opportunities for self-discovery, emotional release, healing, personal insight, or a deeper connection with oneself and life.
Our team accompanies participants throughout the entire experience and remains available whenever support is needed.

On the final day, we conclude the retreat with a shared integration circle.
After breakfast and the final conversations, departure usually takes place between 11:00 and 12:00.
Our intention is not only to support participants during the ceremonies themselves, but also to help them integrate the insights and experiences into everyday life in a grounded and meaningful way.
Additional online integration support can be arranged upon request.
