Madeline + Dane Wedding

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding weekend with you! All festivities will take place on-site at Beyul, a mountain retreat filled with cozy cabins and private lodge rooms. Please book one package per adult (so couples book one each). Once you register, we’ll place you in a space that fits your group – or a cozy spot just for you if traveling solo. 

Because of Beyul’s limited housing capacity, the variety of unique accommodations, and our hope to give as many of our loved ones a cozy place to stay as possible, we’ll assign the space that best fits your party once you register!

Your stay includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day – there’s also a small on-site kitchen and convenience pantry where you’re welcome to cook for yourself or purchase extra snacks and drinks if you’d like.

When you register, there’s an option to include children for a reduced rate. You’re also welcome to add on an optional extra night on June 11th – note that if you stay on Thursday night, you’ll need to provide meals for yourself up until Friday evening.

Beyul is about a 40-minute drive from the nearest town (Basalt). WiFi is available in the main lodge, but beyond that you’re invited to truly unplug as there’s no cell service on the property.

This 2-night package (Friday, June 12 – Sunday, June 14) includes:

Two nights at Beyul

We’ll place you in your cabin or room upon sign-up


Breakfasts, a packed lunch on Saturday, and dinners.

All meals feature gourmet, seasonal menus highlighting local and organic ingredients.


Full access to Beyul’s wellness amenities - including sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge - as well as 32 acres of mountain river canyon, complete with cozy gathering spaces, woodland trails, and fresh alpine air.

Beyul lodging is a collection of historic, hand-built, and eclectic cabins and lodges. Rooms & beds vary in size and layout, but all are charming spaces. Amenities at Beyul include the hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, river access, hiking trails, and more!



 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations will be accepted without charges as long as you cancel 1 month in advance of your arrival date (May 12, 2026). If you cancel less than 4 weeks before your arrival date, you will be charged for your full reservation.




We recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Travel insurance companies like Travel Guard and Trawick offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverages), coverages for expenses incurred due to weather & travel delays, personal property loss, and emergency travel medical. Please review policies carefully to choose the range you need.
