About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

Rooted & Restored is a yoga and ecotherapy retreat designed for anyone craving a pause: an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Set in a peaceful, nature-rich environment at Beyul Retreat Center in Meredith, Colorado (just one hour from Aspen), this immersive experience invites you to step away from the noise of daily life and return to a more grounded, restored version of yourself.

Through thoughtfully guided yoga practices led by co-host and 500-hour RYT Lauren Baughman, you’ll move with intention, release stored tension, and create space for both strength and softness—meeting your body exactly where it is.

Ecotherapy sessions led by co-host and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Emily Weatherby invite you into mindful, intentional time outdoors. These nature-based experiences support nervous system regulation, quiet the mind, and foster a deeper sense of balance, belonging, and connection with the natural world.

This retreat is not about doing more — it’s about being. You’ll be supported through moments of rest, reflection, and reconnection, with time to journal, explore nature, share meaningful conversation, or simply enjoy stillness. Every element is intentionally curated to help you feel rooted in your body, restored in your spirit, and renewed in your outlook.

Whether you’re navigating burnout, transition, or simply seeking space to reset, Rooted & Restored offers a gentle path back to yourself—supported by the healing power of yoga and nature.

Ecotherapy is a therapeutic approach that integrates intentional connection with nature to support emotional healing, self-awareness, and overall well-being. It honors the symbiotic relationship between human health and the natural world, using nature-based experiences to foster grounding, resilience, and psychological growth. Attended a wedding weekend at Beyul and it was absolutely magical! The property is such a special and beautiful space. The staff were all so down to earth and wonderful to work with. There space is set up in a way where you can be very involved with others or wander off into the wilderness for solitude. Everything about it was great!

A beautiful experience!
We came to Beyul for a 4-day celebration of our nephew's wedding. It couldn't have been more magical. The location in the beautiful Colorado mountains, the accommodations, the food and friendly staff were beyond our expectations. We knew it was to be a rustic environment, and the nights could be chilling in September, so we were adequately prepared. The highlight was the wedding day with the ceremony in the meadow and dinner in the Aspen Grove. The staff did an amazing job of setting everything up. The food was excellent for the wedding day and every meal in the lodge was unbelievably delicious. The bison ribs and trout were a highlight for all. Love that everything was healthy and locally sourced. The property is well maintained and offers opportunities for fishing, hiking and exploring. It indeed felt like a very special retreat! Terrific Wedding Venue
We just returned from a long weekend celebrating the wedding of our daughter. We can't say enough great things about the staff and atmosphere at the resort. The F&B was spectacular, the hospitality was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the time with friends and family. It truly was the perfect setting for the wedding celebration.

Pretty Property
This is a pretty little property in the middle of nowhere! If you want peace, quiet and place to connect with nature this is it. Be aware you are “unplugged” with only WiFi in the main office area. The food and service was excellent. No complaints except there’s just not much to do there but walk around the property trails and take a yoga class. Not sure why they don’t try to attract fly fisherman and provide poles because they have a trout stream on property and nearby.
