Details of this retreat

We are so excited to celebrate Nicole’s 50th birthday with you! To mark this special milestone, we’ve reserved the breathtaking Beyul Retreat, located in Meredith, Colorado, surrounded by the White River National Forest, for a truly memorable gathering. Join us for three days filled with fire, on-site activities, music, dancing, stargazing, good food, and lasting memories.

We have reserved the entire property for our stay, which includes all meals starting with dinner on the evening of our arrival, Wednesday, March 19 and ending with breakfast on our departure day, Saturday, March 22. Lodging assignments have already been made for you, which can be found in the welcome email sent from your party planners, Carmen and Kathy.

This 3-night accommodation includes private access to the entire property and gratuities. All meals will be provided and are created on property using seasonal, local and organic ingredients. All guests will receive a welcome snack and dinner on Wednesday, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bonfire s'mores on Thursday and Friday, and a farewell breakfast Saturday morning prior to checkout.

Wednesday evening will be spent playing a few games and time around the fire getting to know one another.
Thursday evening is Stormy’s 70’s themed Birthday Celebration! Things kick off with dinner followed by a slideshow, dancing, and an open bar in the barn tent. Bring your party attire, or 70’s threads and dancing shoes and be ready to get down to those smooth jams of the 1970s and beyond!
Friday will be a go at your own speed and choose your own adventure from the long list of available activities on the property. See welcome email from Carmen and Kathy.

Attended a wedding weekend at Beyul and it was absolutely magical! The property is such a special and beautiful space. The staff were all so down to earth and wonderful to work with. There space is set up in a way where you can be very involved with others or wander off into the wilderness for solitude. Everything about it was great!

A beautiful experience!
We came to Beyul for a 4-day celebration of our nephew's wedding. It couldn't have been more magical. The location in the beautiful Colorado mountains, the accommodations, the food and friendly staff were beyond our expectations. We knew it was to be a rustic environment, and the nights could be chilling in September, so we were adequately prepared. The highlight was the wedding day with the ceremony in the meadow and dinner in the Aspen Grove. The staff did an amazing job of setting everything up. The food was excellent for the wedding day and every meal in the lodge was unbelievably delicious. The bison ribs and trout were a highlight for all. Love that everything was healthy and locally sourced. The property is well maintained and offers opportunities for fishing, hiking and exploring. It indeed felt like a very special retreat! Terrific Wedding Venue
We just returned from a long weekend celebrating the wedding of our daughter. We can't say enough great things about the staff and atmosphere at the resort. The F&B was spectacular, the hospitality was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the time with friends and family. It truly was the perfect setting for the wedding celebration.

Pretty Property
This is a pretty little property in the middle of nowhere! If you want peace, quiet and place to connect with nature this is it. Be aware you are “unplugged” with only WiFi in the main office area. The food and service was excellent. No complaints except there’s just not much to do there but walk around the property trails and take a yoga class. Not sure why they don’t try to attract fly fisherman and provide poles because they have a trout stream on property and nearby.
