Laura & Chad's Wedding Celebration

You are warmly invited to join us - Chad and Laura - for a wedding weekend celebration, June 5–7, as we celebrate the beginning of our marriage!

Our wedding will take place in the beautiful mountains at Beyul Retreat in Meredith, Colorado, surrounded by sweeping views, fresh alpine air, and some of the most breathtaking scenery Colorado has to offer. This area holds a special place in our hearts, as the Dillon family cabin — a beloved gathering spot built by Laura’s grandparents in the 1970s — is just nearby.

We chose this meaningful setting for its beauty, along with the deep family connection it represents. This is an area we will continue to return to for years to come — a backdrop for future memories, traditions, and time spent together — and perfectly suited for bringing together the people we love most in one unforgettable celebration.

This weekend is about so much more than a ceremony. It’s a chance to bring together the family and friends who have shaped our journey and to celebrate the life we’re building together. Your love and support means the world to us, and it wouldn’t feel complete without you.

Over the course of the weekend, we’ll share delicious meals, raise heartfelt toasts, laugh often, and enjoy plenty of relaxed time together in the mountains. We truly can’t wait to begin this next chapter surrounded by the people we cherish most.



WHAT'S INCLUDED:


June 5–7 | Wedding Weekend at Beyul Retreat A three-day, two-night celebration (Friday–Sunday) with all brunches, dinners, and drinks included, along with access to the onsite Bodega.

 

 




 
Every guest enjoys their own cozy space with a kitchenette or mini-fridge setup and thoughtful comforts for your stay. Set within the historic, hand-built cabins of Beyul Retreat, each room offers its own unique layout and character, along with immediate access to the Frying Pan River and trails leading straight into the White River National Forest.

Beyul Retreat is 32 pristine acres surrounded by the White River National Forest, with 1,700 feet of Frying Pan River frontage and a lush network of ponds, creeks, and waterfalls woven throughout scenic trails on the property. Hike straight onto the National Forest without getting in your car, and in early summer enjoy fly fishing, wildflower hikes, paddle-boarding, mountain biking, and refreshing alpine swims.

Amenities at Beyul include the hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, river access, hiking trails, and more!



 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations will be accepted without charges as long as you cancel 1 month in advance of your arrival date (May 5th, 2026). If you cancel less than 4 weeks before your arrival date, you will be charged for your full reservation.

We recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Travel insurance companies like Travel Guard and Trawick offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverages), coverages for expenses incurred due to weather & travel delays, personal property loss, and emergency travel medical.  Please review policies carefully to choose the range you need.
