Souvent, nous nous tourmentons avec la colère et les regrets du passé ou avec l'anxiété liée au futur. La SKY Méditation du Souffle comporte la puissante technique de respiration Sudarshan Kriya, qui ramène le mental dans le moment présent et nous met en contact avec notre pouvoir intérieur.

Basée sur l'ancienne sagesse védique, cette pratique de respiration unique comprend l'utilisation de divers rythmes respiratoires pour équilibrer nos émotions et nous donner un regain d'énergie. Surrounded by the maple and birch forest, these chalets are designed for year-round comfort. These well-insulated buildings are heated and available for year-round accommodation. Our chalets sport warm and spacious living/dining areas with 2-4 single beds plus a sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and functional washrooms with in-built showers. Chalets can accommodate two to five guests. Brightly lit suite Cozy home linens Basic kitchen appliances(incl iron/board, refrigerator, etc) Each chalet features one-two bedroom each with two single beds Retreat Room - Bodhisattva Cozy rooms with a view of the lake/forest.
