• We don't run retreats for people who are looking for a quick fix, a peak experience or spiritual bypass.
• We run retreats for people who are ready — or almost ready — to stop running from the parts of themselves they've been managing, avoiding, or compensating for. People who have achieved a great deal and are quietly aware that achievement hasn't resolved what they hoped it would. People who suspect there is more available to them — not more success, but more clarity, more aliveness, more alignment with who they actually are.
• That's a different kind of guest. And it requires a different kind of retreat.
• Small groups. Always.
• Every retreat we run has a hard maximum of 7 to 8 guests. Not because we couldn't fill more seats, but because beyond that number the quality of the container changes. You cannot be truly known in a group of 20. You cannot receive the level of facilitator attention that this work deserves. The intimacy is not an aesthetic choice — it is a deliberate one.
• Screened. Every time.
• Every guest goes through a personalised screening process before joining any retreat. This is not a formality. It is how we protect the group, and how we protect you. We assess readiness honestly — and when the timing isn't right, or a different preparation is needed first, we say so directly.
• The screening process begins with a 45-minute introductory consultation with Bianca. The €40 fee for that call is fully deducted from your retreat price if you book. If you don't book, you leave with a clear, honest picture of where you are and what would serve you next. That has value in itself.
• Trauma-informed. Not trauma-focused.
• Bianca is a certified RTT therapist, hypnotherapist, coach and trauma-informed practitioner. The retreats are built on that clinical foundation — which means the container is structured to be safe for people carrying significant history, not only for people who feel "ready" in the clean, uncomplicated sense.
• Trauma-informed does not mean the retreat is a therapy session. It means that whatever arises in the ceremony space is met with competence, steadiness, and care — not managed away or spiritualised into meaninglessness.
• Preparation and integration are not optional extras.
• In much of the retreat industry, integration is a word used to make a programme sound thorough. Here, it is the programme.
• Every guest receives a preparation call before the retreat, practical guidance for the days leading up to it, and a 1:1 integration call with Bianca in the weeks after returning home. All guests also receive access to our AI-powered companion app — a practical tool for tracking insights, working with integration prompts, and supporting nervous system regulation during the neuroplasticity window that follows a ceremony.
• The ceremony is the opening. What you do with it afterwards is what changes your life.
• Multiple medicines. One framework.
• Across our retreats, we work with psilocybin, ayahuasca, San Pedro, and 5-MeO-DMT (Bufo Alvarius). Each medicine is offered within the same clinical, trauma-informed framework. The medicine is not the method. The method is the preparation, the holding, and the integration — applied consistently regardless of which substance is at the centre of a given retreat.
• We do not offer every medicine at every retreat. We offer the medicine that is appropriate for the format, the group, and the individual.
• What we are not.
• We are not a luxury wellness brand. The venues are comfortable and carefully chosen, but comfort is in service of the work — not a substitute for it.
• We are not a spiritual community asking you to adopt a particular worldview. Guests come from every background — executives, artists, scientists, parents, sceptics. The work is non-denominational and evidence-informed.
• We are not interested in your dependency. Our goal is that you leave with more access to yourself, more tools for regulation, and less need for external validation of your own experience — including ours.
• Vine of the Soul Retreats operates in Portugal (Algarve), Spain, and the Netherlands. All retreats are conducted in English; German support is available throughout. 20+ years from corporate to transformational work, Hypnotherapist, Human Potential Coach, Founder of Vine of the Soul - blends RTT, hypnotherapy and trauma-informed practice to create safe, effective containers. Bianca brings over 20 years of experience in corporate consultancy into her work as a healer and transformational guide. After a successful career in IT and value engineering, she discovered that professional achievement alone could not resolve the depression, insomnia, and chronic pain she carried. This realization led her on a profound journey of healing and self-discovery. Her path began with plant medicine, where she experienced firsthand the shift from victimhood to self-empowerment. Combined with Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), coaching, and trauma-informed approaches, Bianca dismantled limiting beliefs and released long-held emotional patterns. Today, she blends this lived transformation with science-based practices to support others on their own journeys of healing and growth. As the founder of Vine of the Soul Retreats, Bianca integrates psychology, hypnotherapy, and psychedelic-assisted work into holistic programs designed to reconnect individuals with meaning, resilience, and joy. Kristina

Curative Educator specialized in Psychoanalytic approaches, Facilitator & Belief Coding® Practitioner - creates safe space to uncover limiting beliefs and cultivate compassion and empowerment. Kristina has been drawn to psychology and spirituality since her youth, a curiosity that shaped both her professional path and personal healing journey. With over 12 years of experience as a special-educational-needs teacher in Germany and a degree in Education Science and Psychoanalytic Pedagogy, she developed a deep understanding of human behavior and the challenges of supporting those with special needs. Her turning point came through plant medicine, where she experienced a profound shift in her being that inspired her to dedicate herself fully to transformative work. Today, Kristina is a certified Belief Coding® Facilitator, guiding individuals to release limiting beliefs and rewrite the subconscious patterns that hold us back. She also holds certifications in Ho’oponopono, and Yin Yoga. Guests consistently highlight Kristina’s kindness, insight, and grounding presence. She helps people feel safe quickly and creates an atmosphere where vulnerability feels possible. Fluent in German and English, and conversational in russian.

Riccardo

Facilitator, Chef & Caretaker - brings grounded warmth and multi-lingual care, nurturing the soul and the body. Riccardo has spent more than a decade immersed in psychedelics and plant medicine, a path that inspired him to support others in their own journeys of healing and growth. He is known for his calm, grounded warmth and his ability to create non-judgmental spaces, where people feel deeply cared for. At Vine of the Soul, Riccardo facilitates Kambo and other medicines, ensures the retreat space runs smoothly, and nourishes guests with lovingly prepared meals. He bridges cultures with empathy and authenticity. Whether guiding a ceremony or preparing a meal, his presence brings stability and heart to the retreat experience. Riccardo speaks English, Italian, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Rosa

Researcher, PhD chemist turned Coach & Psychedelic-Informed Practitioner - bridges science and spirit with depth psychology, somatics, and breathwork. Rosa brings a rare blend of scientific rigor and compassionate presence to her work. With a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry – Biological & Medicinal Chemistry (Cum Laude) and postdoctoral research in antimicrobial peptides and the microbiome, she has spent over a decade exploring the intersections of biology, health, and transformation. Her journey led her to expand beyond the lab into the healing arts. Rosa is a certified Psychedelic-Informed Practitioner and transformational guide, trained through the year-long VITAL Program in Integrative Psychedelic Studies. She has studied depth psychology, somatics, trauma, regenerative leadership, and psychedelic harm reduction, and completed plant medicine initiations at the Blue Morpho Academy with Maestro Hamilton Souther. As a Soma Breathwork Instructor and Transformational Nutrition Coach, Rosa bridges science and spirit to support deep healing, integration, and conscious evolution.
