About this Retreat
About me ….
🤍 Teacher Soledad Guerra, born in Spain, has been working in body health and movement biomechanics for over 15 years. A fitness instructor and certified Yoga and Aeroyoga teacher, she worked for eight years at the head of her own aerofitness center in the city of Tarifa, in the south of Spain. However, she decided to put her business career aside to continue her training in India, a country to which she traveled learning yoga, adjustments and alignments, with the best yoga teachers who also led her to immerse herself in Ayurvedic therapies and medicine from the best gurus in India.
The intense light and inner strength of Teacher Soledad (Inirama) guide her on the path of helping others heal and improve their quality of life. Her devotion to helping others and her love for studying, understanding and healing the body and mind and the human body, its traumas, fears, addictions and the reflection in the physical body and its movement are the reasons for her continuous training in different corners of the world, learning about different alternative therapies and ancestral medicines with renowned teachers and shamans in South America.
Teacher Soledad has dedicated her vocation to studying the functioning of the human body, its different diseases and blockages and intervening in its healing process as a qualified and experienced professional, both in sports and yoga as well as in Ayurvedic yoga therapies and ancestral medicines.
Soledad, as tradition dictates, has been baptized and blessed by her teachers with the name of 'Inirama', which means 'good-smelling medicine' and has carried out and continuously carries out various 'vegetable diets or initiation diets' with the Shipibo tribe, living with them in their community, in the Peruvian jungle on the banks of the Ucayali River.
Her first teachers are members of a family that has worked with ancestral medicine for many generations and her most significant teachers have been Cesar Maynas and his wife Fidelia, together with the family's grandparents: Felipe and Manuel. Also teacher Rode and other teachers in the area have trained, prepared and guided Inirama (Soledad) along the path of ancestral medicine. Currently, her Master is William, a pure plant, traditional master and toetero (master of Toe) who lives in the jungle in the Native community of Amaquiria, from whom she has obtained a lot of knowledge about the Toe, Ayahuma, Machinga, Noya Rao, Plata de la vida, Ayahuasca, Bobinsana, piñon Colorao, etc. advanced diets in isolation that she has carried out in a traditional and very strict way in order to be empowered by the plants, without any contact with the outside, telephone, without electricity and even without running water to wash, having to use the river for it.
According to tradition, to become a teacher one must have a strong ego and a significant capacity for suggestion, which requires rigorous preparation that is achieved through deprivation for periods of time, fasting, and eating only plant-based foods, a little rice and sometimes boiled fish and ripe plantain, with hardly any fruit, sugar or salt, and sexual abstinence, giving up soap and even detergent and fabric softeners.
Inirama (Soledad) has successfully overcome this process under the supervision and care of her Shipibo family in Peru and with this she has developed and become a mature person, with protective, secure and supportive attitudes, who exercises a strong interaction with the people who seek her and require her help and intervention. Inirama is a humble and honest teacher who works medicine with much love and respect. The diets, the spirits of the plants and the mother ayahuasca have blessed her with beautiful and sweet Ikaros that she sings in Shipibo, the Ikaros are the medicinal canaries that help the medicine to heal and do its work. She develops the process by creating an emotional bond with the patients that favors its therapeutic action and generating at all times an authentic movement towards the individual, who is treated as a human being.
In her experiences in the different areas of the Peruvian jungle she also had the pleasure of living with and learning from the Matses tribe, to work with Kambo medicine, the powerful medicine of the Phyllomedusa bicolor frog, a tree frog that lives in certain parts of the Amazon jungle.
She has also lived in Mexico, sharing and learning about Toad Medicine, Bufo Alvarius, Tepezcohuite, changa (the medicine of love) and other entheogenic medicines of the place with experienced and loving taitas of the area.
She works with Bufo alvarius, offering the magic that this medicine has for the healing process and evolution of the human being. She only works in private ceremonies because she believes that everyone needs the necessary attention and time, as well as personalized therapies, to have a beautiful experience with this powerful medicine full of light, which gives us the opportunity to be reborn and reset our brain to free ourselves from what we are not and get closer and closer to being full beings full of love and light 💫
She produces and extracts some of her medicines from love and respect.
For her, monitoring and helping in the integration of medicine is of vital importance, that is why she closely follows her patients for as long as necessary and treats each one of them in a very personal way.

Details of this retreat
Ayahuasca private ceremony.
AYAHUASCA 💚✨
Ayahuasca is a natural medicine, a shamanic drink that can deeply heal not only the body, but also the soul, it is going into consciousness and subconsciousness mind. The “plant-teacher” fixes together the spiritual and the physical, guides you throughout the inner world, showing you where to pay special attention.
From a chemical point of view, Ayahuasca, which is brewed from two plants - liana and chakruna, contains a psychoactive substance that has been studied in detail for its toxicity and addiction. There is neither one nor the other in the plant; also there is no side effects. Its only mission, revealed by shamans even before the writing appeared, is awakening, introspection, and healing.
Shamans use this plant for diagnosis, to discover the internal causes of the disease, solve personal conflicts and problems, reveal hidden abilities and to help in making decisions and advice.
The ceremony is not aimed at changing a person, his personality, it expands his consciousness and opens up the opportunity to see what is hidden in the subconscious. A drink for each is prepared individually, based on the requests and intentions of the person, with his current state and how deeply he is ready to go into researching himself and finding answers to important questions. During the ceremony, the shaman is always nearby to guide the ceremony participant on his path of knowledge.
Before taking Ayahuasca, it is important to clean the body with a special diet, then the body and mind will be fully prepared for communication with spirits and a journey through the subconscious. After an individual consultation, the shaman can also determine how many ceremonies you will need in order for your request to be resolved.
Ayahuasca is a journey to yourself through ancient traditions known in Latin America for years. A safe path based on the gifts of nature and the experience of many generations of shamans who can organize a person’s meeting with himself and find a solution to all the issues that concern him.
How does ayahuasca affects the brain?
After ayahuasca was discovered for all the people around the world, and people began to share amazing results after using it, scientists became interested to understand how it affects to the brain from a scientific point of view.
The substances which contain in ayahuasca help not only to protect brain cells by producing antioxidants, but also restore nerve cells and prevent their damage. Also they improve memory and learning ability.
Scientists discovered an amazing feature of the brain, which is changing under the influence of ayahuasca. The fact is that it can activate the areas of the brain that are responsible for making decisions. What we do and how we react to certain things in our life are directly related to emotions and experiences. For example, if a dog once bite a person, then the brain produces a pattern of behavior and perception: “All dogs are dangerous! Be careful!"
Ayahuasca breaks such patterns, activates long-forgotten memories, passing by usual patterns, and helps to form new connections. Dogs are no longer dangerous, because if it happened once, it doesn't matter that it has influence to all the dogs forever! Yes, this is emotional and painful path, but this does not mean that the existing model of behavior should now be stuck in the head as the only one. If you exclude your reactions, you can rewrite the script and get rid of fears.
With the help of Ayahuasca, you can also find the causes of depression, panic attacks, obsessions and limitations: once you activate the part of the brain that is responsible for the memories, it may turn out that the familiar reaction no longer makes sense and can be easily changed.
Of course, that processes do not go painlessly: people have to face their fears and the things that brought the brain to the state in which it is now. Often these are not the most pleasant memories that can come in any form, sometimes very strong and unexpected. But most importantly, Ayahuasca has a positive effect on the brain and consciousness, helping to get rid of addictions, negative scenarios and fears.
What is the benefits of ayahuasca?
Sometimes in life there are more questions than answers. What you have to do? Why people get sick? How to solve the problem? In some cases, it is not so easy to understand what is happening. Ayahuasca can help to understand the reason of the problems and solve them faster and better. All answers to questions are already contained within the human consciousness and subconscious, and Natural guides are just created in order to connect a person with them.
Also, Ayahuasca helps physical health by cleansing the body of bacterias and parasites, as if it “reprograms” people to their health. After the ceremonies people who was suffering from depression and panic attacks, begin feel better and most of times symptoms simply disappear and never come back.
Ayahuasca stimulates the brain, develope creativity, reveals the potential and enhances abilities. It does not change the person himself, but allows him to look with new view at his life, interests and opportunities.
The unity of body and soul is impossible without self-love: after the ceremony, purification and filling with new energy, people get rid of physical and psychological addictions. There is no desire to smoke or drink alcohol, many people say that they don’t have anymore psychological addictions (negative attitudes, fears), complexes and stereotypes disappear from life.
under the supervision of hereditary shamans who know how to properly conduct the ceremony, how much drink each participant needs individually and how to help everyone find answers to questions.
Ayahuasca put person to a awareness lifestyle, reveals ancient knowledge, helps to understand the structure of the world, using himself, his mind and his feelings. People get the opportunity to find inner harmony and tranquility.
Ayahuasca's benefits are multifaceted and affect all spheres of life: spiritual and physical, mental and sensual. It heals the body and mind, being for some people the first step on the path of awareness, for others - in general, it opens the world in a new way. Most importantly, with the help of Ayahuasca, the knowledge becomes available to a person that he can use to make his life more harmonious and happier.
Ayahuasca is a psychotropic drink with serotonergic action. The most common botanical sources of ayahuasca are Banisteriopsis caapi and Psychotria viridis. B. caapi contains beta-carbolines with MAOI (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors) action, mainly harmine, harmaline, and tetrahydroharmine (THH); while P. viridis contains the serotonergic agonist N,N-Dimethyltryptamine (DMT). DMT is not orally active because it is destroyed by the action of MAO enzymes in the gastrointestinal tract, but the combination with MAO alkaloids present in B. caapi blocks its metabolic breakdown and makes it orally active.
It is generally accepted that the main neurobiological mechanism of action of hallucinogens is to act as an agonist for 5-HT-2A receptors, located in the pyramidal glutamatergic neurons of layer V of the prefrontal cortex. When 5-HT-2A receptors are activated, the excitatory neurotransmitter glutamate is released, initiating the neuronal response throughout the frontal cortex. A human EEG study has demonstrated the cognitive-stimulating properties of ayahuasca and has shown an increase in the relative power of the EEG beta band, an effect induced by ayahuasca but not by D-amphetamine.
