His spiritual journey started in 1997. With an understanding that healing is in his responsibility he started experiencing different types of therapy and alternative healing. He studied Shiatsu and Chinese medicine philosophy as well as other body work methods. In the year 2000 he came to PachaMama. He completed the Clarity Breathwork training in 2012 and started to hold events and individual sessions.
In his work, the breath is used as the main tool, as well as other inquiry tools and trauma healing methods.
Details of this retreat
The Wisdom of Breath group is an invitation to reconnect with one’s most precious and prosaic resource – the breath. Using simple breathing techniques, its power is revealed by stirring up and bringing into the light of awareness unconscious emotions and patterns of mind. Memories and past experiences that have been stored in the basement of the soul make room for healing and integration.
This deep journey is facilitated by adopting a meditative approach while accepting and trusting one’s ability to be present in the moment, whatever may arise. Clarity and maturity naturally manifest in this safe container, allowing past wounds to heal and patterns that are no longer of service to be shed. This results in reemerging anew into deeper acceptance of oneself, one’s history and life itself.
The Workshop weaves together gentle, deep breathing sessions, active meditations and Native spiritual practices – creating a safe inner space to explore the physical, emotional and mental body. It is an introduction to the magic and mystery of the breath, a simple, ever-present, and sacred tool that can be used to bring balance and harmony to everyday life.

Wonderful community
Walking into PachaMama is for me coming home. My entire nervous system relaxes. I have been coming here for 16 years and while there have been some changes the essence of PachaMama is alive and breathing. The nature, the river and the workshops here are rejuvenating and have helped me dive deep into my core and help me find my true essence. I love PachaMama and will continue to return again and again.

Life changing
Simply put, pachamama changed my life.
It’s raw it’s real it’s beautifully messy and it’s a very very safe place to explore what it means to be human. To shed layers
To question everything
To celebrate and to heal
The more you come clean of ideas and the more you take responsibility for your own journey the better
Good people strong tribe

Home and transformation
I have been coming to PachaMama for the past 4 years and it’s been a very good experience. I’ve done a lot of woman’s workshops and can truly say my life changed after all these experiences. I’ve grown as a person and PachaMama and all it has to offer created the space to allow it. The healthy tasty food, daily yoga classes, all the movement. Ceremonies, events, workshops. The river and the beautiful beach close by. PachaMama will always have a place in my heart. I highly recommend coming here if you feel the call to go deeper in life.

a sanctuary for the soul
a place that was created for seekers to reconnect with essence, with nature, with that which is already sacred within and around us. It is inviting to come back to the simplicity and joy of life, through meditation and celebration, through inner work and music, deep solitude and community.

Incredible place
I recently spent two incredible weeks at Pachamama, and I can honestly say it was life-changing! As a foreigner and a solo female traveller, I felt safe, welcomed, and part of the community from the start. The peaceful jungle surroundings, the daily yoga, and the authentic spiritual practices helped me disconnect from my busy life and reconnect with myself on a deeper level. I left feeling rejuvenated, more grounded, and ready to bring this newfound energy back home. I’m already planning my next visit – can’t wait to return to this magical place!
