The Way of the Cross can be traced to St. Francis of Assisi, who lived at a time when Christian pilgrims could not travel safely to the Holy Land. Francis brought the experience of the Holy Land home, as we bring the Way of the Cross home to our local place of natural beauty. Reflecting on the sufferings of Jesus at each station, we raise the Cross of Christ to remind us that our sister, Mother Earth—our common home—belongs to God, and we ask for strength and unity to care for God's creation.
This immersive experience aims to deepen our understanding of ecological challenges while inspiring hope and commitment to positive change. Join us in this journey of reflection, awareness, and action as we explore our relationship with the Earth and all its inhabitants.

presentation based on his book of the same title. Diarmud is a contemporary oriented theologian. I’ve made several retreats and have learned from each exchange. I highly recommend his retreats and books. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed.

As usual, Diarmuid O'Murchu broadened my vision of the importance of our place on this planet and the presence of the Spirit in all that is. My awareness of this is

This was one of the (if not THE) MOST powerful retreat/training experiences I've ever experienced. Betty creates a safe and nurturing community, right from the opening night. By limiting the number of participants, we were able to get to know one another and become friends and supportive community to one another in a way that will last a lifetime.
