Details of this retreat
This retreat takes place in the beautiful surroundings of a touristical undiscovered area in the middle of nature in the Northeast of France.
Seize the day with Asana's early morning, practice traditional yoga meditation techniques that help you find peace and quiet within and learn how to apply these techniques in your daily life. Go out for hikes in forests and fields, over hills and through valleys, without seeing a soul.
The activities are about relaxation and reflection. Although we are all engaged in consciousness and personal development in some way, we often do not think about this long enough to really change something in our lives. Relax in the calming, inspiring nature and find your deepest self.
