About this Retreat
Shahaf is a musician, songwriter, and medicine woman, whose path is rooted in music, nature, spirit, and deep human connection. She approaches life as an ongoing journey of learning, creativity, devotion, and remembrance.
For over 13 years, she has worked with master plants as part of her spiritual practice, carrying this work with deep respect, humility, and gratitude.
After spending eight years living, studying, and serving in Peru, Shahaf has been based in Costa Rica for the past three years. Throughout her journey, she has had the privilege of learning from Indigenous traditions and communities across Peru, Mexico, and Brazil, experiences that continue to shape and inform her path.
Music is at the center of her work and expression. She gathers and shares songs from diverse traditions and cultures, while also creating original music inspired by nature, the elements, spirit, and the mystery of life itself.
For Shahaf, music is prayer — a bridge to connection, healing, presence, and the opening of the heart.
Natan Rabin is a musician, seeker, a student and a teacher walking a path of love and self-discovery.
Guided by the heart and by a deep calling for the unseen, he’s travelling the realms of the unknown.
His music arises as prayer, a bridge between earth and sky, between the human and the divine.
From a young age, music has been his way to listen and to learn. Every encounter, every silence, and every song becomes a mirror, teaching him more about who he is and what it means to love.
Through voice and different instruments, Natan weaves together ancient and new, medicine songs, Hebrew prayers, and original compositions that invite remembrance and connection. Whether in ceremony, on stage, or in intimate circles, his offerings open a space for people to come home to themselves, to feel, to breathe, and to return to the simple truth of who they are.

The remainder of the day offers time for rest, integration, nature, reflection, and community connection as we transition into Shabbat.
Shabbat Rest & Integration

Participants are invited to spend time resting, reflecting, connecting with nature, sharing meaningful conversation, and simply being present in community within a peaceful and supportive environment.
