Details of this retreat
Join us for a soul-nourishing weekend retreat designed to help you return to your natural rhythm, awaken your inner power, and rediscover deep peace. Nestled in the redwoods of Sonoma County at the serene Ratna Ling Retreat Center, this immersive experience weaves together the wisdom of yoga therapy, breathwork, meditation, and sacred ritual. Together, we’ll explore how to honor the body’s cycles, calm the nervous system, and create space for inner transformation.
Each day will include gentle, trauma-informed yoga and Ayurvedic practices, hormone-balancing breathwork, guided meditations, nourishing meals, time in nature, and heartfelt community connection.
This retreat is for anyone who feels called to slow down, heal, and come home to themselves. Whether you're navigating life transitions, hormonal shifts, or simply seeking to reconnect with your essence—this weekend offers a sacred space to rest, reflect, and rise.
Come as you are. Leave renewed, empowered, and in flow.
