Details of this retreat
You are warmly invited to join us for a peaceful weekend retreat dedicated to nourishing the basic goodness that lives inside of you, the inherent life force that awakens into a life of clarity, kindness and courage.
Drawing on the teachings of the Buddha, our practices include Insight and Metta Meditation, gentle movement, and daily dharma talks. Together, these become the solid reliable ground that support the capacity to skillfully navigate everyday life with a steady, receptive, and responsive mind, supported by a kind, courageous, and wise heart.
Woven within extended periods of silence, this spacious retreat offers time to be outside, the option for writing, art, and rest, along with time to talk with each other. The intention is that at the end of the retreat one will have experienced rest, support and inspiration, and return to everyday life strengthened and renewed.
We welcome all genders, levels, and backgrounds; anyone who is interested in meditation and cultivating basic goodness.
COVID POLICY: For your safety and ours, we require proof of vaccination AND negative test result from all visitors to Ratna Ling Retreat Center. We wish to provide peace of mind for all of our residents and guests.
