Laura Moir (E-RYT 200 | YACEP) is a full-time yoga teacher based in Oakland, CA, offering accessible, heart-centered classes rooted in trauma-informed care. Specializing in Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative practices, Laura brings over five years of teaching experience and advanced trainings with renowned teachers including Judith Lasater and Jason Crandell. Her teaching seamlessly integrates alignment, somatics, and nervous system regulation, creating practices that are both grounding and transformative.
