About this Retreat
Clare Buckley is a yoga, meditation and wellbeing teacher with over 25 years of experience. Her intuitive and unique offerings hold at their core a deep respect for our essential nature and healing capacities. A retreat with Clare is full of warmth and clarity offering a joyful and contemplative breathing space to slow down and cultivate fresh insights. She believes that in meeting ourselves with the reverence of pause and retreat, we can awaken to presence and the experience of a blossoming body being, open heart and radiant mind. Her offerings are rooted in decades of study, encompassing traditional Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa , Tantra, Yin, Restorative and Somatic yoga, as well as insights from her Ayurvedic, Herbal, Massage, and psychotherapy trainings. She hosts international retreats, workshops, and in person and daily online classes. Join Clare on this deeply nurturing retreat honouring the potency of transitional and liminal moments. In the serene and beautiful setting of Ratna Ling we will awaken to the experience of holistic wellbeing, centered around embodied movement, breath work, energy work, meditation and mindful practices to deeply nourish energy pathways and to restore balance and equanimity. Explore the gifts of a practice
inspired by nature and the shifting rhythms of the seasons and tune into your inner landscape with love and compassion. Deep rest, spacious renewal and reconnection are at the core of this retreat, enabling participants to fully unwind and restore their energy. Clare shares insights from Ayurveda, TCM, Yin, Somatic, bodywork and embodiment practices, along with sound healing and guided meditations.
Alongside her wellbeing program there will be ample time for pause and connecting with the magical setting of Ratna Ling. Nature bathe, journal, hike, hug a redwood tree and feel nourished by delicious vegetarian meals. Massage is also available onsite. This retreat is suitable for anyone who feels a resonance with this lovingly held retreat and welcomes all levels of practitioners.
COVID POLICY: For your safety and ours, we require proof of vaccination AND negative test result from all visitors to Ratna Ling Retreat Center. We wish to provide peace of mind for all of our residents and guests.

4pm – Gentle embodiment practice and pranayama
5:30 – Dinner
7:30pm – Restorative Yin and guided meditation
Saturday
7:30am – Meditation and pranayama
8am – Breakfast
10am – Mindful Somatic Vinyasa for deep parasympathetic nervous system reset.
12:15 – lunch
1pm – Free time
4pm – Embodiment practice, exploring seasonal meridians.
5:30 – Dinner
7:30 – Relaxation with Ayurvedic self-massage and guided meditation

7:30am – Meditation
8am – Gentle Awaken Yin/Yang and closing circle
10am Brunch
12pm – Checkout and Farewell

Transportation to/from Ratna Ling is NOT included - carpooling encouraged
Payments are nonrefundable and transferable to a future Ratna Ling stay or retreat
Each cottage includes TWO private rooms with queen beds, large dining & living area, gas fireplace, spacious deck, jetted bathtub, linens/towels/hand soap, kitchenette with tea & coffee, complimentary wireless internet.
Vegetarian meals are served during our weekend together.
