9:30 AM – Opening & Dose Preparation
Facilitator provides guidance on what to expect.
Optional journaling or sharing of intentions.
Consumption of psilocybin in a calm, comfortable setting.
10:00 AM – Onset Phase (30-60 min)
Lie down or sit comfortably while the medicine begins to take effect.
Use music, guided breathing, or silence to ease into the experience.
10:30 AM – Peak Experience (2-3 hours)
Deep immersion into the journey—facilitator provides gentle support if needed.
May include music, breathwork, or subtle guidance.
No interruptions—fully experiencing insights, emotions, and visions.
1:30 PM – Reflection & Transition (1 hour)
Slowly start returning to awareness.
Light movement, tea, hydration, or journaling.
Gentle conversation (if desired) about immediate feelings or insights.
2:30 PM – Closing & Rest (1-2 hours)
Integration discussion (if participant feels ready).
Time for relaxation, journaling, or nature walk.
No rushing back to normal activities—allowing space for reflection.
