Details of this retreat

Step into the peaceful halls of Monastero dell’Incoronata, a 16th-century monastery in Nardò that stood abandoned for over 100 years and has now been lovingly restored into a sanctuary for retreat.

This 7-day immersive retreat invites you to reconnect with yourself through yoga, slow living, and the timeless traditions of Puglia. Each day blends mindful movement with restorative practices, nourishing meals, and creative exploration.

Our pillars:

Yoga Movement – Daily vinyasa flows in the cloister courtyard and yin yoga under candlelight.

Slow Living – Long shared Mediterranean meals, time for stillness, and a digital detox from the modern rush.

Adventures & Traditions – Creative workshops with local artisans, baroque explorations of Nardò & Lecce, and moments of inspiration drawn from the monastery’s heritage.

With only a small group of participants, this retreat is an invitation to pause, reset, and live in harmony with the rhythms of southern Italy.
