Pure Tuscan Beauty
Happy to share my feedback about this great experience🤩 yoga teachers and all the people working in La Forra are super committed in giving the guests all comfort and help then might need. The location is a piece of pure Tuscan beauty and the landscape is something remains with you for a long time ❤️ thanks to all of you, starting from Patrizia and Emma, to all the teachers: Elske, Olaf, Frieda, to Andrea and Sandro for taking us horse riding, to Francesco and Dave for offering beautiful hiking moments and to the great team of the restaurant! Stunning Place, Excellent Staff
Really enjoyed my time with Tuscan Fitness. It's so laid back but also very well organised. You're given room to enjoy your stay how you wish. Beautiful panoramic views across a valley, you get your own hut by the pool and the room I stayed in was very spacious. Food was delicious, way more choice than I expected and the focaccia is a firm favourite!

I was very pleased with the beautiful yoga deck and the quality of yoga and fitness classes. I also really enjoyed the camaraderie that was shared among the guests. I made new friends and will definitely be back again.

Una stupenda settimana in relax
I stayed at Tuscan Fitness for a week in August and really appreciated the variety of activities offered throughout the day, as well as the fact that there was never any pressure to do everything. I don’t practice yoga regularly, but despite that, the classes were accessible and well explained. Different teachers alternated during the day, which allowed me to experience not only different activities but also different teaching styles.

The room was spacious and clean, and the food was absolutely delicious: so much so that it was, of course, very difficult to hold back.

The few downsides were mainly the noise at the pool: large groups of children staying at the agriturismo often made it impossible to enjoy the pool for those who just wanted to relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere between sessions. There was another “quieter” pool, but it was located in a part of the garden where I noticed there were more insects.

The insects, while normal in a countryside setting, were still quite bothersome, especially during yoga or meditation.

Overall, it’s an experience I would definitely consider repeating, probably at a different time of year.
