Details of this retreat

Step into the radiant embrace of late summer and join us for an immersive retreat in Sonoma County, where the season’s vibrant energy becomes your catalyst for renewal and inner power. This is a time of peak abundance—when the sun’s warmth ripens the vineyards, nature pulses with life, and the universe beckons you to seize its gifts.

At this retreat, you’ll learn and practice energizing techniques of meditation, nature connection, and mindful movement. These practices awaken your radiance and vitality to fuel strength, clarity, and purpose for the journey ahead. When you align with what’s right for you, energy flows in support—while forcing things only leads to burnout. Here, we’ll guide you to tap into that natural current. Nestled in Sonoma’s rolling hills and soul-stirring landscapes, our program fuses ancient practices with the raw vitality of the land itself. This retreat is your chance to harvest not just the earth’s bounty, but your own untapped energy—through breath, movement, and stillness.

Whether you’re new to these arts or a seasoned seeker, you’ll walk away with a blazing toolkit to invigorate your body, sharpen your mind, and forge a deeper bond with yourself and the world around you.

What to Expect:

Nourishing Connections

This retreat is a call to embrace your energy—perfect for anyone ready to recharge, grow, and blaze a new path. Enveloped by Sonoma County’s timeless allure, you’ll master techniques to awaken your radiance and vitality, learning to move with life’s flow rather than against it. Center
Beautiful location. Lovely people. Housing accommodations are exquisite.

Some helpful suggestions - more accurate directions from Meyers Grade Road to center, my food limitation included eggplant and it was served as the main meal one day so I ate salad for dinner so I wondered why you asked about my food allergies. There was no cleaner to wipe down the yoga mats after using.

Overall a great experience and I plan on returning

Beautiful rejuvenation
Such a calm and delightful context for a beautifully designed retreat. So nice to see how Olivia’s work and the center drew a lovely community into being. Well prepared vegetarian food at all three meals.

Lovely weekend yoga retreat with the amazing Olivia Barry at RatnaLing
Inspiring weekend at RatnaLing Retreat Center in the trees.

Olivia's program was well rounded and accessible for most yoga practitioners. Her heart & soul goes into to her work to share movement, fundamentals of philosophy for a gentle and happy life, and how to nurture a healthy body. If you ever get to practice with her at any one of her classes do not miss it!

The Center itself is lovely set in a large site with basic but very large comfortable cabins for overnight guests. The only thing I missed was my hair dryer so bring if you require. The food was simply incredible vegetarian fare (with gluten free & vegan options) served buffet style in the dining room.
