About this Retreat
Shivansh was born in Varanasi and raised in Gorakhpur the origin place of the Natha Yoga. Gorakhpur is also known for Gita Press the world’s largest publisher of Hindu religious texts like Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana & Mahabharata etc.
Shivansh was born in a traditional Bhakti Yogi family; he learnt the traditional Bhakti yoga practices in his childhood from his grandmother.
Shivansh learnt yogic concepts from different masters all over the India. From the very Southern India, to the Northern India and the far North-Eastern parts of India, Shivansh has explored many variations of yoga practices & philosophies, this variety of yogic experiences have evolved into the deep practical knowledge that he shares with his students.
Archita, a qualified company secretary and lawyer by qualification, made a bold decision to follow her passion for teaching yoga. She felt a deep calling to explore the profound teachings of yoga and share them with others.
As she delved deeper into her practice, Archita discovered the immense power of yoga and its ability to bring harmony to the mind, body and soul. The more she practiced this ancient wisdom, the stronger her love for yoga grew.
Her classes go beyond the physical aspects of yoga, delving into the spiritual dimensions of the practice. Her classes are infused with mindfulness, meditation and breathwork which create a sacred space for her students.

Rashmi, hailing from a small town in Meghalaya, stumbled upon the world of yoga in her late teens.
Despite dedicating eight years to corporate jobs, she eventually mustered the courage to delve deeper into yoga, transitioning into a full-time student and practitioner.
Today, she fervently professes that yoga has changed her life. She marvels at the profound impact of 'the breath,' an innate aspect of our being since birth, which has the power to revolutionize one's entire existence. Consequently,
Rashmi has devoted herself to exploring the realm of breathing exercises.
Through her yoga journey, she has unearthed methods to attain mental clarity, emotional equilibrium, and physical vigor, all through the practice of breathwork.
Now, her aspiration is to guide others in their pursuit of self-discovery, aiding them in finding their own path to fulfillment and well-being.

This course is designed specifically for individuals passionate about learning yoga and aspiring to become certified yoga teachers, our 100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) is perfect for those facing time constraints that prevent them from completing the full 200-hour training program.
You'll be led by experienced and passionate instructors, who will take you on a blissful experience of pranayama, yoga alignment and insights into the profound yoga philosophy.
The airy yoga shala is designed to provide a spacious and refreshing environment as you explore other styles of yoga like Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, Acro Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga etc. .
But that's not all! While you're here, you get to try some delicious Indian food. At our Yoga Cafe, we serve meals that make your body feel great, and they're perfect if you like veggies or if you're vegan.
In the evening meditation session, you will learn various techniques to help you calm your mind and find inner serenity.
Upon successful completion of the 100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at India Yoga School, participants will receive certification recognizing their achievement and dedication to the practice and principles of yoga.
After completing the initial 100 Hours of YTTC, participants must finish the remaining 100 Hours within a year.
