Jo believes that, in combination with the powerful ceremonies that are held at Ayayni, integration is extremely important for those who come. Her integration sessions are aimed at providing support for those who want to move into a space of freedom which can only occur when one learns how to become responsible for oneself. Since the beginning of her process, has also been delving into the truth of what our bodies are communicating to us through our physical symptoms and the specific messages that come through in order to release not only our childhood pain but that of our ancestors. This line of work is called Emotional Biodecoding and for her, discovering this within herself and then witnessing others discover their own truth through applying this knowledge has given her great enthusiasm and a need to continue to share it. Jo has a team of people who help her on the retreats, all of whom have qualified at her shamanic school. Each one of them are involved in an deep emotional process with themselves so that they can support others in the same way that Jo has supported them.

Olimpia Runa

Olimpia started with the Taitas of Putumayo in 2012 and has been on her healing path ever since. During this time, she has connected more and more with the medicine and the music that she produces through this connection. She is self- taught and has been playing the guitar and singing since she was 18, but everything changed for her when she fell in love with the messages that the medicine music brought her. It is with this state of love that she has been transmitting her music to the participants whilst facilitating in many ceremonies with different Shamans and groups in many countries.

We hold these monthly retreats in a wonderful natural setting in Mallorca. You can check all the dates on our website Ayayni House, where you can also see our testimonials of over 10 years of holding retreats and sharing the medicine.

The most important aspect of our retreats is the connection to our emotional state because once we learn to do this, there is nothing we can’t do with our lives. Throughout the four days we are together, the team will consistently invite you into your emotional space because that space is where you will discover your authenticity. We use many different techniques to support you in this process, and the outcome is always one of surrender and, ultimately, a joyous expression of one’s true self.

When you arrive, you will have a private chat with either Jo or one of the other facilitators, where we will ask you about your childhood experiences and any physical symptoms you have had throughout your lives.

Everything is consciousness, and all this information allows us to tap into your unconscious and support you in discovering the purpose of your incarnation. Throughout the retreat, we will continuously revert you onto this path so you can begin to experience the truth of what you came here to resolve for you, your ancestors, and your descendants.

The retreats last for four days, during which we will hold three Ayahuasca ceremonies, allowing for plenty of space to integrate your experience between each one. The ayahuasca experience needs to be a consecutive one, so we have designed our retreats in this way. All that we do at Ayayni has a purpose, and the goal as the days unfold is for you to reach the peak of your emotional state by the middle of the retreat and then go home with a feeling of joy and a deeper understanding of what you want to create in your life.

During the retreat, we hold various breathwork sessions, dynamic movement sessions and medicine circles to support you on your journey within.

Schedule

Every day brings something new and different at Ayayni as you move into a new way of being with yourself.

Day 1: On arrival everyone will have a private chat with a facilitator to express anything that you need to express. We will then have a welcome chat with the group followed by our first nightly ceremony.

Day 2: In the morning you can do Kambo or go straight to enjoy your breakfast. Once everyone has had their breakfast, we will do our first conscious integration session.

After that there will be lunch and rest time or swimming in the pool.

In the evening there will be hands-on breathwork and then the nightly ceremony where we will call in our ancestors for their guidance.

Day 3: In the morning you can do Kambo or go straight to enjoy your breakfast. Once everyone has had their breakfast, we will begin with our we will do our onscious integration session.

After that there will be lunch and rest time or swimming in the pool.

Before our last ceremony, which will be a celebration of joy for our inner child, we will do some conscious connected breathwork with sananga.

Day 4: We start with breakfast followed by our closing integration circle.

For those who are interested there will be the possibility of staying one more night for the cost of 80€.

My second retreat with Ayayni

I just got back from my second retreat!

Jo and her team did a magnificent job as always making us feel welcome and creating a friendly atmosphere were we were all able to be honest and open. To be vulnerable in a beautiful way and not be afraid of judgement. Its a special thing to be able to be truly heard and let out all the pain and negativity which clogs us up.

I have to add that the meals were also excellent! Roxy is a magical cook!
The music and singing from Olimpia, Davide and jo herself was wonderful and really added an extra dimension of healing to each night we sat with the medicine. It was like our own personal concert each time!

I still have a long way to go on my path but know I will get there with the help of Jo and her divine community.

Deeper human experience

This retreat gave me a depth to the human experience I didn’t even know was possible. It helped me meet "myself" on a deeply intimate level and strengthened my connection with myself in ways I never imagined.

Just wow

Almost a week has passed since returning home from the most incredible weekend!

Was by far the best thing I could have done for myself, and in turn my family. It sounds cliche, but it really was an awakening for me. I’ll never be the same, in the best possible way. I have hope for the future now, more patience and understanding for my kids and I feel like so much anger, resentment and rage I was holding on to from past experiences has just lifted.
