Typical schedule
Saturday 13th – Arrival day from 3pm onwards. If you arrive earlier you are welcome to leave your luggage at the hotel and take a stroll as everything is very close to the hotel.
We will meet for dinner at a nearby taverna at 7pm to get acquainted and group introduction.
Mornings – 9-10.30am Yoga (last morning the class will be at 8.30-10.30am to do a closing circle on Friday 19th)
10.30pm Brunch then free time.
Evenings – 5.30-6.30pm Meditation, breath-work, yin yoga/yoga nidra class ( except the last evening as we have a cookery class at 5pm followed by a Greek night )
7pm Dinner at a local Taverna
Saturday 20th – 9am Breakfast and time to say goodbye.
We will vacate the hotel by 11am. You may leave your luggage at the hotel if you have a later flight.
If you would like to share airport transfers, I will help organise connecting you with people who have similar flight times.
Normally we set up WhatsApp group to keep everyone in the loop ( This is an option as we appreciate some people want to be phone-free ).
